For those who are wondering what I do for a living I sit behind a counter and do nothing but scan items and take money. Yep.... I work at a convivence store 5 miles from my house. You may be wondering "Why do u work there and get payed a lot?!?!" or "We was expecting something better than some random guy behind a counter making big pay!!" well the guy who owns the store opened it a month ago but no one wanted to work there until he raised the pay to $25 per hour. At first no one believed him heck even I didn't believe him until I started working there for a week to see some big money in my account so I remained there and I will remain there for how long? Idk
Anyways I'm currently talking to one of my coworkers David. David is a 25 year old man that started here a month ago, I was told to train him and as the days go by we became good friends just sitting here having normal conversation vs a literal high school girl/demon/virus(?) nagging at you for either attention or food. Speaking of food I still remember the last time she tried to cook something....

Y/n: *smells something burning* what's that smell?
I'd walk over to the kitchen to see a disturbing sight...
Y/n: ....
Monika.exe: ....
Y/n: ....

Y/n: ....
Monika.exe: ......welcome home?
Y/n: WHY IS MY STOVE ON FIRE!!!!!!!
I walk in to see Monika holding what looks like burnt cookies (probably for sayori) over my stove that is on fire...
After I put the fire out of my now burnt up stove I react how any man would react in this situation
Y/n: *sobbing* I'm so sorry dear friend........ I couldn't save you...
Monika.exe: *Slowly tries to get away*
Y/n: *Gets the Bat* OH HELL NAH YOU AIN'T

It was a sad day especially when your the only one with actually money to buy a new one. I would never trust Monika.exe with money cause it's not the things she would buy that scares me, it's the amount of debt she would be if she were to get an overpriced item and had to nag me to get the rest of the money. (*cough another aqua from konosuba cough*)
Speaking of the Devil (or Virus) I wonder what she is doing at the house rn...
