Teacher: Ok class remember you know,that you have to work together with your partner for your project,I better not see any cheating
My teacher said as I got out of my set,and started leaving the classroom,i felt a tap on my shoulder.I turned my head to see Shadow.
Sonic: O-Oh hey Shadow
Shadow: Hey Sonic
Sonic: Um what's up?
I said as I opened my locker,and put my books in.My eyes turned to the side to see Shadow.
Shadow: We have the project
Sonic: O-Oh right I forgot
I said as I blushed
Sonic: I'm sorry
Shadow: No it's ok Sonic
Shadow: We should go to lunch though the others,are probably waiting for us
Sonic: Uh yea your right
A few minutes later
Knuckles: So you and Shadow are partners huh~?
Knuckles said with a smirk an I started to blush,and Shadow didn't seem to hear what he said,which made me glad.I started to eat my lunch and talk with my friends for a while until it was time to go to my next class.When I finished my other classes,I just had gym class left.
Couch: Alright,today we are doing track!
Couch: We're gonna have one vs one!
Couch: Who's going first?!
Shadow: I'll go
Couch: Ok so who's going to be racing Shadow?!
Sonic: I'll race him
Couch: Ok Sonic vs Shadow!
Couch: Get ready!
Sonic: See ya at the finish line Shadow
Shadow: Hmph*smiles*
I smiled back getting ready to take off.
Couch: Ready set GO!
I zoomed off running around,the running track thinking that Shadow was behind,but i was wrong.I see him running next to me smirking,we kept running,as we were neck and neck,I soon passed the finished line an stopped running.
Couch: Wow you to tied?!
Sonic and Shadow: What?!
We both looked at each other,I smiled as I put my hand out for a fist bump.Racing him was actually really fun.
Sonic: Nice race Shadow,we should do it again sometime
Shadow smirked and gave me a fist bump.
Shadow: Yeah,usually no one can keep up with me
He said as he walks away and sits at a bench,grabs his water bottle and starts drinking it.I walk over and sit with him.We both watch our fellow classmates turns.
Skip to after gym class
Tails: Sonic Shadow!
Sonic: Hey bud
Shadow: Hey Tails
Tails: So is it true you guys had a tie?
Sonic: Yea we did
Silver: Really?!
Silver: I never thought you were that fast Sonic
Shadow: Me either
Knuckles: Hey guys!
We all turn to see Knuckles walking out of school toward us.
Sonic: Hey Knuckles!
Silver: Have you seen Mephiles?
Knuckles: He's in detention again -_-
Shadow: Again..Seriously
Knuckles: Yea
Knuckles!
Knuckles: *sighs*
Rouge: Comon we have a project!
Knuckles: Yea yea I know Rouge!
Tails: You have a project with Rouge?
Knuckles: Yea..ill see ya guys tommrow-_-
Sonic: Bye Knuckles!
I yelled as him and Rouge walked away,me and others talked for awhile.Before me and Shadow went off to my house.
At Sonic's house
It's nice walking with Shadow,he listens so well and we can talk about anything.I unlocked the door,and opened it.Me and Shadow walked inside.I turn the lights on and I don't hear the tv on or see any beer bottles..which means Joey isn't here.Thank gosh..I don't want Shadow to come to my house and see that.
Shadow: Nice place
Sonic: Thanks
Shadow: Do I take my shoes off?
Sonic: Uh you can if you want
I said as he started taking his shoes off.We grab our back packs,and go up to my room.I was kinda embarrassed having him in my room,I was afraid he would think it's lame.But he never said anything bad about it,we sit on my bed.As we start to work on our project,the math questions the teacher gave us.Was hard for me to understand,I wasn't really good with math.
Sonic: Uugghh I can't understand this!
Shadow: Here let me see
He said as he puts on some glasses from his back pack,I would have to guess there reading glasses.i tried to hold back laughter..as he looks at me.And gives me a glare..I couldn't hold it in.
Sonic: hahahaha you look so funny with those on!
Shadow: Yeah real mature Sonic -_-
Sonic: I'm sorry but- pfft!
Shadow: It's not funny Sonic -_-
Sonic: Ok Ok I'll stop p-pfft
I said still holding back laughter.
Shadow: Fine you think this funny~?
He asked as he scotch's over to me,I stop laughing,confused why he's getting so close.
He suddenly starts tickling me,I burst out into laughter.Trying to push him away.
Sonic: hahaha! S-Stop Shadow Haha! I can't breathe! Hah!
Shadow: Never!
He shouted playfully,still tickling me.I couldn't stop laughing.My shirt goes up while trying to push him,and I suddenly feel his hand go up my shirt.I panic as I roughly pushed him away.He looked at me surprised..as I look at him with shock realizing I over reacted.
Sonic: Heh- Sorry Shadow I don't know what came over-
Shadow: Hey don't apologize,I should be sorry,I didn't mean to tickle you under your shirt
He said clearly feeling bad for making me uncomfortable.Now I felt bad..
Sonic: I-Its ok it was and accident
Shadow: Thanks Sonic for forgiving me..I just got carried away,We should probably get back to school work
Sonic: Yeah your right
