Chapter 12

Hu tao and Zhongli came back down to Earth. Their faces were pale. 

They entered the training room of Jean's institute. 

"Hu tao?" Kazuha questioned, there was a towel over his shoulders, the boy just finished his training session. 

the girl with twin tails grabbed "Kazuha. we need to find any reincarnation of the abyss. We need to find Kaeya." she spoke quickly. 

"What?" the boy furrowed his eyebrows. Zhongli pulled Hu tao away. 

"The portal is much larger than what we expected to see. As Hu tao said. We need to find any reincarnation of the abyss to fix it." Zhongli explains more calmy.

"So, we need to find people of the abyss?"

"Yes."

"How about Dain? He's immortal right?" Bennett exited the door, he was listening into the conversation. 

"Dain's curse was from the gods. Since we are no longer Archons. He died during the war." 

"..."

"So there is a chance he reincarnated?" Bennett asked. 

"indeed. Everyone got reincarnated with their past memories though some have decided to... end themselves." Zhongli explained. Bennett saddened.

 Hu tao picked up a piece of paper and started to walk away.  

"Where are you going—"

"I'm going to look for anyone who knows about Celestia. We're wasting time here." Hu tao announced. Then disappeared. Leaving the rest of them. 

"I'll go too." Kazuha put on his outfit and his mask. He soon ran out of the building but not without taking a piece of paper. A map. Zhongli watched as the young kid left. 

"Do...You want to go too?" Zhongli looked to his side to look down at Bennett. 

"No. I'm not one for finding but rather adventuring. this is not the time for that, Mr.Zhongli." Bennett turned around to go back into the training room.

 Soon more of the kids came running out. taking their own maps to look for a member of the abyss. 

Zhongli looked at used to large paper pile of maps. There were a few left. He turned around. he had no time to stay there any longer. He needs to help those back in China, he'll also look there. 

Bennett, Razor, Barbara, and Mona came up from the training room that also had a lab. 

"Do you think they'll find someone?" The kids asked. 

"haha... it took us a few years to find each other but, I feel like we're going to have luck on our side." the ex-geo archon smiled, with that. He disappeared leaving the few teenagers to work on their creations and training.

"Man. That was a terrible vacation right... hahahhahahahahah." Bennett scratched his neck. 

"Welcome home, kids." Shouta hugged them. They were taller. The man was crying. He hasn't seen them in so long. only getting one singular text from them after months of silence. They hugged their caretaker and too started to cry tears of joy.
