After sometime at the breakfast table;

K- doodle have u checked that child? 

D- yaa i was about to talk to u about that. He has multiple fractures in his limb bones. Mujhe surgery krni pdegi. Roshni koi problem to nhi h na as his heart condition is also not good.

R- no i dont think ki koi problem honi chahiye lekin phir bhi surgery se phle me ek baar check kr lungi.

D- cool then so Nik when u r free for this surgery?

Nik- i dont have much patients today bs jo already admit h unhe check krna h. So maybe in 2 hrs is that ok for u?

D- yaa.

T- pr 12 saal ke bchche ki surgery? He is so small for this na. (all smiles)

K- we even have operated on a 2 yrs old also.

T(shocked)- sach me?

Nik- haan twinkle if we want to cure our patient to we need to do that na.

T- u all r so dangerous.

K- ok enough of this msti lets go back to work.

Then they all left to the hospital.

K- nurse joy send the next patient in.

After a minute a lady with a cute little girl may be of 7 yrs old enters inside. Kunj gestures them to sit so they take their seat in front of him.

K- what is the problem?

Lady- dr she is my daughter ananya. Ye na bhut thaki hui rhti h. Fever bhi rhta h ise aur kuchh bhi khilao to vomit kr deti h aur pet me bhi dard rhta h.

K- okk so phle kisi aur dr ko dikhaya h aapne?

Lady- ji wo mre ghr ke pass ek clinic h wahi dikhaya tha. Unhone kuchh dawaiyan likhi thi lekin unse sirf kuchh time ke liye hi pain kam hota h aur phir wapis se same wsa hi ho jata h.

K- do u have prescription?

Lady- haan ye rha (she gives him that prescription kunj checks it)

K- ye to sirf normal fever ki tablets aur kuchh painkillers h aur koi test bhi to krwaya hoga na.

Lady- nhi koi test nhi krwaya bs ye hi dawaiyan di thi.

K- ok lets first check her. Make her lie on the bed.

Lady makes that girl lie on the examination bed. Kunj wears his gloves and comes towards them with a stethoscope in his hand. He checks her heartbeat, lungs, eyes and takes her temperature. He notices yellowishness in her eyes, nails and tongue.

K- now i m gonna check ur tummy if u feel something tell me ok. (ananya nods. Kunj lifts her top upto below her chest and starts pressing several area. But as he pressed her right upper side of tummy she screams and starts crying. Her mother pats her shoulder to console her) done.

Then they again take seat.

K- I m prescribing a blood test and a liver test. First get it done then i can start the treatment according to it.

He gives them prescription and they left.
