(twinkle nods without thinking twice making usha sigh) twinkle agr ishaan tumhare soyega toh tum aur kunj saath me kb time spend kroge han....tum dono ko apni khudki family ke bare me bhi sochna h ya nhi. Tum smjh rhi ho na me kya khe rhi hun..... Dekho twinkle kunj bohot time se ishaan ke saath h toh wo usse kaafi attach h isliye tumhe hi kuchh krna pdega. Ishaan ab itna chhota nhi h. T- lekin mummyji ishaan is scared of sleeping alone. Phle bhi wo kunj ke saath sota tha. U also knw that r8.

U(sighs)- srsly tumhe aur kunj ko koi bhi baat smjhana bohot mushkil h. Leave it and u tell me Why u both r not planning kids....

T- mummyji wo....k..kunj han kunj dont want kids now bs isliye.

U- achha toh tum use smjhao. Dekho abhi tum dono ki age bchche ke liye bilkul perfect h. Aur kitna wait krna chahte ho dono.....buddhe ho jaoge tb paida kroge kya bchche hmm....nikki aur anand bhi isi age ke the jb ishaan hua and it was all perfect. Problem kya h tum dono ko...

Twinkle becomes damn nervous and was just praying to babaji to save her from this conversation bcz it was not easy for her and here usha was not at all polite with her. She was talking with so much authority that twinkle was scared about her reaction after knowing the truth but at the same time she dont want to lie to her. After thinking for some seconds she decides to tell her truth bcz she dont want to hurt usha by breaking her hopes. Wse bhi one day or the other she has to knw everything so why not now.

T(takes a deep breath)- mummyji i......i cant become mother. Kuchh time phle rajat bhaiya checked me. Unhone hi btaya.

U(beyond shocked)- WHAT....(twinkle flinches but calm herself) hey wahiguru ye kya hogya. Mujhe tum dono ne kuchh kyu nhi btaya han.

T- kunj ne bola wo aapse baat krega iss bare me.

U- kb krne wala tha jb me apni sb friends me ye bta deti ki dusri baar dadi bnne ke liye me kitni mri jaa rhi hun aur fir sach janne ke baad wo sb mra mjak bnate tb baat krte tum mujhse han. (Twinkle's eyes becomes teary and looks down fisting her dupatta tightly) Twinkle tum dono ne mujhe bohot dokhe me rkh liya lekin ab mujhe sb sach btao ye sb kse kya hua tha. I want to knw every damn truth r8 now. (twinkle nods and told her everything) han toh tum thik ho skti ho r8. So why r u not going for treatment.

T(slowly)- bcz bhaiya said it will be so complicated and painful for me and kunj don't want me to bear unnecessary pain. 

U- pgl hogya h kya ye ldka. Isme unnecessary kya h. This is the most important thing twinkle. Don't u want to feel the moment of being a mother hmm. Dekho life me sbko aise chances nhi milte. Tumhare pass option h toh make it useful aise faltu mt jane do aur pain ka kya h. Kuchh time ke liye hi toh rhega bs fir thik ho jaega and its not like we r leaving u alone to bear everything. Hm sb tumhara achhe se khyaal rkhenge. Ab agr kuchh chahiye toh thoda toh jhelna pdega hi na beta. U wait me khud vasundhara ji se baat krti hun iss bare me. Now twinkle has no guts to deny her so she doesnt say anything and usha left from there.

In hospital;

Kunj was on his rounds. A nurse comes there.

N- sir wo aapko nurse joy bula rhi hain. A patient is waiting for u.
