As I'm circled by his soldiers they start to attack me, going 3 at a time. I try my best to fend them off but it's starting to become too much. One runs in and is aimed at my legs while another is aimed for my head, I sprout a vine to push myself into the air, but as they fall I feel a chain wrap around me. As I break free I hear the scream of Isadora and am momentarily distracted. Who knew that, that moment would change my life? As I look back Infront of me I see a knife get lodged in my heart.
THIRD PERSONS POV
As the dagger is driven into Kinuka creatures all over the field feel it. Her siblings, Her brothers, Her pack mates, Her father, and worst of all her mate. They all do their best to run through and they all rendesvouz at her body laying deathly still on the ground. In the distance people from both sides could hear the angry and saddened cries of those closest to her. Their pain gave them multiple things to agree upon.
To protect her body, to win this war to kill the bastard that stabbed her, and to give a beautiful resting place. As they made a protective wall around her body the first thing that happened was Isadora breaking the skull of the man who took her big sister from her. And that was the action that restarted the battle between freedom and captivity.
While they all are fighting lets go and see what happened to our beloved heroine
Kinuka's POV
One moment my world is going dark and the next I wake up in a beautiful forest. As I'm walking on a path made of bricks and lined with large mushrooms I realize that I'm in a green and blue dress made from flowers and vines
"Hello?" no one answered
While walking I see that there is a large floating island connected to a large stone with extremely big vines. I decide to chance it and fly towards the island, only to see that my wings are made out of crystals. No one told me that when you die your wings change. Once I've landed on the island I see a beautiful cottage placed near the far middle of it. As I'm walking towards it I see a tall woman with a large white afro and a purple and white dress come running towards me.
"My baby!" She wailed, swallowing me up in an air tight hug
Once she places me down I speak "I'm sorry but I think you have me mistaken. Who are you?"
"I understand, how about I answer your questions inside?" To which I nod
Once inside she takes me to a cozy sun room and sits me down
"Apple juice?" my mouth gaped Most people offer tea or coffee instead
"U-umm sure" She beamed
"That's still your favorite I see"
Once she brought out our drinks and some snacks she sat down.
"I don't want to beat around the bush so I'm just going to come out and say it" she took a deep breath and spoke in a shaky voice"I'm your mother"
"W-what?" I was dumbfounded
"I'm so sorry" tears fell "I never meant for you to go through all of that but I wasn't allowed to keep you with me and-"
"ALLOWED?! What do you mean by that! You could've just-" I cut her off and was then cut off myself by the opening of the front door
In walked a tall dark man with golden eyes, long dreadlocks, and..horns?
"Αγάπη μου, who is this?"[My love] he spoke in a calm voice
"This is our baby" she smiled wiping tears
Before I could look back I felt large arms pick me up in a tight but comforting hug
"Η κόρη μου, I have missed you more than you could know" he whispered
Without realizing it I started crying. Not only because of how sweet these two are and how amazing this hug feels, but because deep down I know they are my parents. Once we've all sat down and relaxed I quietly ask a question
"Why did you leave me?"
"We were forced to" my father started "Because of who your mother is, any offspring she has, has to live on earth until they are of age, that age being 25." He held my mother seeing as this was a tough subject for her
"And who is she?" I asked worriedly "I'm the goddess of fairies" She smiled sadly "And I'm an Earth fairy" he hummed
"So that makes me-" I deflated "An Earth Fairy Demi-goddess" they smiled together
