Steve's POV
After seeing what happened to Robin, I couldn't sleep.
Everyone else was sleeping and I just couldn't.
I was sharing the bed with Eddie and Dustin was on the floor in a sleeping bag.
I was about to get up to go use the washroom when I felt a really bad tingle in my throat.
Shit.
I sat up and starting coughing, just like Robin was.
I felt something in my throat and new what was about to happen.
I got out of bed and ran to the bathroom, stepping on Dustin."Hey Man!" Dustin sat up.
I got to the bathroom and just let it all out.
After I stopped puking, I felt a hand on my back, I expected it to be Dustin, but it was none other then Eddie.
Right there, I lost it. I grabbed on Eddie's T-shirt and just cried into his arms as he held me tightly.
Dustin came back in the room with a concerned looking Nancy. Behind her was Robin and Max.
They gave me a sympathetic look.
This was such a stupid reason to cry. Robin didn't cry, but she went through the same thing.
After a little while of crying into Eddie's shirt, I was able to pull myself together.
"Sorry about that" I mumbled, rubbing my eyes.
"It's okay to cry. Don't try to be a hero, remember?" He pulled me into a hug.
We sat there for what felt like an eternity.
We went back to bed a while later and instead of changing his shirt, Eddie just took it right off.
Now, I would be lying if I said I didn't stare. I thought that maybe I was just jealous of his form.
I cleaned the blood off of my face and joined him in bed.
When I got under the covers, he pulled me into a tight side-hug and we lay like that for the rest of the night.
Then it hit me, this may be more than jealousy.
I think it may be closer to a crush.
