Xamarah's POV
Joining the Fashion Show is still stuck on my mind. Joining it won't be hard it will be just a simple walking, model.
Ghad! I don't know anymore. It seems na madali lang siya pero at the same time mahirap?
I nod at her after she state those words while she finished eating her foods together with me in her office.
Our peaceful lunch was disturbed by a sudden pop up notification from her phone. She took it as she wipe her mouth with the tissue.
She look up to me after reading the text. "It's your P.E. teacher Ma'am Rose who will be having her birthday she said.....She's inviting us to her birthday party at the nearest bar here are you gonna pass or no?"
"Kung sasama po kayo sasama na rin ako" Diretsyahang sabi ko dahil ayaw ko naman na ako lang sasama nang wala naman siya. Hindi ko naman mashado bet na pupunta na wala namang kasama. Parang hindi ko mae-enjoy ang pumunta kung 'san man na walang kasama ni isa.
"Okay meet me at the parking lot after your class" Sabi naman nito at tumayo. "I'll take of these go to your class na you'll be late"she uttered
"By the way kailan po tapos ng patuturo niyo ngayong hapon?"
"4 o' clock" She said and look up to me after throwing the trash at the bin.
"But the end of my last class will be at 5:30" I said because I don't know of she'll wait for me...Hindi naman ako special someone na Ma'am para paghintayin ko siya mahigit na isang oras. Unexpected naman kasi na ngayong araw medyo late ang uwi ko. Akala ko laging 4 ang tapos ng sched ko pero hindi pala.
"I'll wait for you Xavy" My brows arched confused by what she called me.
"Xavy eh Xamarah Lavy name ko Ma'am" she laugh with my sudden act.
"Combine the Xamarah and Lavy which turns out to be XaVy" she said shooking her head as I didnt get what she meant earlier. Oh may pa combine na palang name na nagaganap dito.
"Why you don't want it ba?"
"N no, I mean yes... No.. I mean it is all good for me M..Maxine"
My checks flushed as the sudden thought of my own professor making a nickname for me sound so sweet.
Well no one has ever done that to me noh!
I averted my gaze to her and now went to the door and I was about to leave but almost forgot one thing. "Goodbye Maxine see you later" I said smiling and looking at her like she is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen aside from my mother.
She rolled her eyes playfully and that was the last time I saw before I close the door of her office and went to my afternoon classes.
I yawned as I am getting sleepy but still having the lesson in front of the class. May sound cliché but every afternoon I always get sleepy and just fighting with my soul not to fall asleep.
Putangina hindi ba pwede switch muna kami ng guardian angel ko? Siya muna mag take ng class ko ako naman babantay sakanya. Switch roles.
Geez I am always like this since I stopped drinking coffee. Well, I stopped drinking coffee when I decided to stop it kasi why not. Oh diba parang tanga.
I don't have any specific reason to why I stopped drinking coffee but just like one day I just did stop drinking coffee till today.
And right now I freaking need one.
Pwede bang suminghot para kahit papaano magising ako? Sino may shabu?
I am literally fighting not to fall asleep.
