5AM she received a cheerful call from the other side of the world.
He was on his bike, talking, as she listened to the wind blow from where he was.
The boy is making time for her now, when before they only made time
for a few words written on the screen of their phones.
They're moving forward, no one knows where or in which direction.
Maybe it's friendship that turns to love or friendship that stays there.
But progress is progress.
A morning call from the other side of the world
means he had her on his mind while he was out riding.
She looks out the window, and sees the sun is back
as if greeting her with a new love that's ready to
warm her days and nights again.
