Name: Izuku

Quirk: Ember

Abilities: can create and bend fire at will, no limit to fire amount, grants immunity to heat

Fire color key:
Red:  980° - 1800°
Orange: 2000° - 2200°
Yellow: 3100°
Green: default flame, 1° - 900°
Blue: 4000° - 5000°
Purple: sturdy fire. Can hold between 1- 5000ibs
Pink: lacks heat, or anything, it's a simple flame that gives off the smell of roses
Black: black flame is a flame that Izuku uses when he gets hurt, it acts as a healing flame and is the only flame that effects Izuku, can also heal people

White:can reach down to -2000°, very cold.

Rainbow fire: something Izuku hasn't used yet, and not much is known of the ability. It would probably just rip him apart though, especially without training. Izuku is unaware of this powers existence.

Quirk drawbacks:
1. Sensitive to the cold, aside from his white fire.
2. Fire will falter with emotion
3. Fire creatures have minds of their own, and are really hard to control.

Abilities:

Can turn into a mermaid at will

Can speak to aquatic creatures

Can swim up to 200mph

Healing abilities(only when water is present)

Healing:

healing abilities vary with how much water is present. If more water is near, the more she can heal

Healing also varies on how much she likes the person she's healing, if she has an emotional attachment to the person, her healing could regrow limbs.

If she dislikes the person, her quirk might only heal life-threatening injuries.

She can swim faster with her tail then she would with her legs

She can also breath underwater
