Ok, I was reading comments, and you guys seem confused. Let me explain.
So Karma holds all his memories of his past life, and in his head, everything is the same except the fact he's 25 stuck in a 15-year-old's body. Gakushuu and Karma AREN'T dating (Yet ;) ). Karma for some reason has His husband's phone number, although he is unable to text him.
Gakushuu on the other hand is very concerned and confused for Karma's random innocent cinnamon roll and not his devilish sadist attitude. His relationship with his father is on the rollercoaster, it has it's ups and downs.
Back to Karma, whenever Karma sleeps, he has a video type image of what happened in his past life. If he sleeps for a certain amount of time, he can see what's happening to Gakushuu currently, in the world where he died. If he goes into a deep sleep, he can see the futue, but that rarely happens.
When Karma got hit by that car, his Doppelganger felt the excruciating pain, and is allowing Karma to hear everything around him. He has been in the coma for 8 years, and Gakushuu put a ring on Karma's finger, his way of proposing.
If you need more information, feel free to ask! Honestly, I got this idea and just randomly started writing, I didn't have a plot.
