Alex paced back and forth, obviously panicking. Julie had been called upstairs for dinner.
"Alex, stop worrying." I sighed. "We're alive, uncursed and not at Caleb Club."
"Yeah, But I have so many questions. What's our unfinished business? How did we come back when Julie sang? How did Julie lift the curse? How did Julie touch us?"
"Alex, what matters is that we are okay." I interrupted. Reggie hadn't said a word since the hug, he just shared at the ground. I didn't wanna bring it up. Not yet. Now that he liked me, I was wondering if I liked him back, but I didn't know. What about Julie?
"I guess you're right, I need to find Willie." Alex murmured, poofing out. I sighed and poofed out too, appearing in my parents living room. They were watching tv, oblivious to my existence. I walked to my room, which had been left untouched in the 25 years I had been dead. I sat on the bed, remembering when I would spend hours in the same spot, practicing my guitar, or pouring my heart and soul into each music program assignment. So much had changed since then... I thought about Reggie, how he was my closest and only friends until Alex and bobby. Alex had dated me to help me get over Reggie, but now... I didn't know how to feel. Julie was amazing! We both knew the pain of losing our mums, but Reggie was there for me when I was at my lowest, let me crash at his, even though he was in a though spot himself. I groaned in annoyance, torn between the two.
