"Yes, I am the boyfriend of your beautiful little daughter." He grins down at me, one arm snaking around my waist as he pulls me close against his chest. What is going on in this dumbass's brain? Is he crazy, trying to play along and fool my own mother. He must be a fool, but I definitely am a bigger one for what I'm about to do.
"Isn't he wonderful mama?" I smile and reach up on my tiptoes, planting a kiss on his cheek. The hand around my waist stills for a moment, clearly surprised by my action, before it grips tighteronmy waist, hugging me close.
Any tighter and I'll lose blood circulation.
My mother's eyes dart warily between the two of us before she sighs and slumps her shoulders in defeat. "Wow, you've really moved on from Juan, haven't you?" Relief floods from me when I realised she had bought it. My mother. Had actually bought that Jordan fucking Evans was my boyfriend. As if I would ever want to purposely go anywhere remotely near that creature for free.
The moment my mother turned to look around my dorm room I felt the heat of him against my neck and my heart almost immediately started pumping a hundred beats a second. Damn you hormones. I definitely needed to get laid, and soon. His warm breath fanned against my ear, his muscled arms still around my waist, and he whispered against my skin, "Either you're an amazing actor, or I think you've got a thing for me."
