* * Once Don returned from Chicago. Natania told him she was expecting. So they scheduled a doctor's visit to get a proper result and she's indeed pregnant with their fourth child. "How many weeks, doc?
"She's 10 weeks," He tells them
"You hear that? We are having another baby," Don was excited about the news and she faked a smile
She doesn't want more kids with him and she wishes she could abort it. But she knows Don wouldn't like that.

"You've barely said a word during the doctor's appointment," Don says while driving them home
She didn't respond as she played with her thumbs. "Baby...." He called her
''I don't want another baby," She let it slip out
"What? Don questioned
"You don't want to have to my baby?
"We have three alr...." Don slapped her across the face and she rolled her eyes
"You'll have as many babies as I put into you," Don angrily tells her.
"And if you try anything, I'll deal with you,"
Natania felt tears forming in her eyes. Don notices it but he ignores her as he continues driving.
