Chloe's POV...
I was still in my bed and was not planning to go to school. My body seems like in pain. Or maybe my heart.
Today is that day. The day my first bestfriend died. Julie Antolin. She was murdered. At hanggang ngayon ay wala pa ring update sa kaso niya. I'm still hoping na mahahanap ang TUNAY na pumatay sa kaniya.
Umupo ako mula sa pagkakahiga at sumandal sa headboard ng kama. Hinihintay na magtext ang mga kaibigan ko. My friends used to comfort me, call me, text me whenever it's Julie's Death Anniversary. Lagi nila akong sinasamahan sa puntod niya dahil ayaw nilang nag-iisa ako. But today seems different. Hindi ko alam kung nakalimutan lang nila o marami lang silang ginagawa.
I open my phone and went to our group chat.

Chloe: Heys guys, I need companion :(
*Thaddeus seen your message.
*Nicole seen your message.
*After 1 minute.
*Everyone seen your message.
No one replied. My heart literally sank.
*Bzzzztttt*
Nicole calling...
Agad kong sinagot ang tawag ng kaibigan ko ngunit hindi ko aakalaing masasaktan ako sa sasabihin niya.
"Hey Chloe, I'm sorry but I can't come with you today. Aldos needs companion right now." -Nicole.
That hurts. "It's okay."

I had no choice but to go alone. I wore my white dress with a black ribbon in the collar. And also bought flowers as my gift for Julie. Julie loves flowers when she was still alive.
"Here's your flower." ibinaba ko ang bulaklak sa harap ng litrato niya at na-upo sa damo. "I was alone today. But, it's okay everyone seems busy. Kumusta? Masaya ka na ba?-----" my voice crack as I started to cry.
Napakabigat sa dibdib! Huminga ako ng malalim ngunit hindi ko na napigilan pang mapahagulgol sa iyak. The rain started to fall as if the heaven was crying with me so I just let my self get wet.
Ilang minuto pa ang lumipas ay hindi na ako napapatakan ng ulan ngunit patuloy ang pagpatak nito sa damuhan.
I look up and saw a hand with umbrella trying to block the rain for me. Nang mapalingon ako sa likod ay natigilan ako sa pag-iyak at napatayo.
"Thaddeus!" I quickly wipe the tears in my cheeks.
She was with...Adira. Pareho silang naka-uniporme.
"What are you doing here alone?" Thaddeus asks in a concern tone. Seryoso din ang mukha nito. Magtataka pa ba ako? I never saw him smile anyway.
Kinuha niya ang isang itim na payong mula kay Adira at ibinigay sakin. Doon ko lang napansin na itim lahat ng payong na hawak nila. Nandito ba sila para damayan ako? But why Adira of all people?
"Nicole said they are busy----"
Thaddeus cutted me off. "Busy enjoying in a yacht? I saw Nicole's story before coming here. Hindi sila pumasok gaya mo, so I thought they are with you. But then I saw your message in the GC so I went here and drag Adira with me." He handed me his phone and I saw Nicole, Nathan and Aldos enjoyingly sipping wine in a yatch. My eyes started to get wet again.
