The cinema

Belly groaned in her half asleep state when she felt her girlfriend pull away, she tightened her arms around the redhead to keep her from moving, Max burying her head in Belly's neck

Over the course of the last six months or so, the two have become pretty close, they usually just lay down, or cook, or have sleepovers at Belly's, both of them very much enjoying the others company, though most of the time, Billy surprisingly covered for his sister none of the two actually felt the need to thank him whatsoever

After a month of keeping their relationship a secret they decided to reveal it to the party, when the guy's didn't pick on the hints and just thought they were good friends, they kissed in front of the guys, Dustin nodded in realisation, Mike had a confused face on, Lucas freaked out, yelled, while Will, smiled at the two girls

Nobody except the party, actually knows about the two of them, Steve was however picking up on the hints, slowly, but successfully

"C'mon get up, we gotta go to the movies with the guys" Max spoke into the girls neck before pulling away and sitting up making Belly open her brown eyes 

"What if we don't?" She asked as she got up and put her weight on her right forearm while she held Max's hand playing with her fingers "I mean, we could ditch the movies, the guys" she spoke looking up

"And do what?" Max said laying down next to the girl again

"I don't know, maybe, uh just lay here, we could uh cook? Or just talk?" She said not letting go of Max's hand laying back down "Anything with you is exciting, even if it's just, laying down"

"Yeah, okay sure" Max said which made Belly's eyes light up

"Really?" she turned towards the girl

"No, get up" Max said before getting up and walking away making Belly groan

"Oh c'mon" she grunted before putting on her jacket and walking down the stairs with Max

The two then biking to the Mall, where they saw Lucas, Dustin and Will, Mike who just arrived, also late, just like the two, they walked towards the guys with their fingers interlocked

"You guys are late" Lucas stated the obvious making them mumble a sorry "Again"

"We're gonna miss the opening" Will stated making Belly look at him

"Yes, if you keep guys whining about it" Mike said and they all hurried inside the mall

"If you guys keep whining about it nyeh nyeh nyeh" Lucas mocked the guy, before teasing him about El

The group took the elevator and headed towards the 'scoops ahoy' ice cream parlour where they saw a girl in a sailor uniform, behind the counter, Mike hit the bell repeatedly

"Hey dingus your children are here" She spoke in a loud voice making Steve's head snap from the backroom

"Again? Seriously?" he asked tired, Mike just pushed the bell before Steve led them through the hall, and into the cinema "I swear if anyone hears about this-"

"We're dead" they said as they made their way into the cinema hall, them sitting in the order, Mike, Will, Belly, Max then Lucas

"See we made it Lucas" Mike whispered from the other corner

"We still missed the opening" Lucas whispered back to him

"Still made it fart face" Max whispered to the guy, the nickname Erica called him

"Can you guys shut up now?" Belly snapped at them, she never liked the idea of Max and Lucas being anywhere close to each other

They watched in anticipation when suddenly the hall blacked out making all of them groan, a few moments later the lights were back on, and the screen was lit, but Belly felt weird, just a feeling, a bad feeling, she shrugged it off before focusing on the movie

After the movie they all made their way towards their own respective houses, Max and Belly still sticking together until they had to part ways

"You are so pretty" Belly said as she stopped and stared at the girl still holding her hand

"What?" Max said blushing, Belly set her backpack down before taking a device out and pointing it towards Max

"Can I click your picture?" she asked Max nodded still smiling as Belly clicked the picture "Come here" she called Max who walked towards her as she showed the picture she just clicked "It's good right?"

"Yeah, it's..." Max nodded as she looked at Belly "Pretty" she said

"So what's on your mind?" Steve asked from the other side of the kitchen counter, when he saw the girl zoned out and now doing anything

Since, both their parents are not in town usually, Steve just comes to her and cooks for her, when actually he only makes it worse, but nevertheless she liked the guy's company, she was not sure, they'd keep being this close after what she was about to tell him

"Nothing, just, stuff" she said before sighing and putting the batter into the microwave

"You can talk to me, you know that right?" he asked stepping beside her, she gave him a small smile

"Is it wrong?" she asked Steve stared at her in confusion "Is it wrong when guys like guys or girl like girls? Romantically?" he froze not sure how to reply

"Uh, no? It's not wrong, sure it's not the social norm, many people see it as wrong, or illness or whatever, but I don't, I don't think it's wrong, like, you know, you can like whoever you want" he tries explaining his feelings about the matter to the girl

"I've done some research, papers and all, and uh, I think, I think" she stuttered before taking a deep breath "I am bisexual" she closed her eyes

"Bisexual?" he asked a little confused

"Yeah when you, when you like, when you are attracted to both, male as well as females, that's called being bisexual" she explained, she was nervous hell

"So, basically you could have a male partner?" she nodded "Or a female partner" she nodded again "So that'd mean you're bisexual"

"Yes" she said, her heart beating louder than ever

"So that means, you don't have a partner, so you're on standbi?" he asked jokingly before chuckling, making her smile "Alright, on a serious note, it's Max isn't it?"

"What?" she asked completely shocked "How did you know?"

"C'mon, I've seen you two, holding hands, hugging, never leaving each other's side, I am basically a love master" he dramatically threw his hands up in the air, before Belly joined him and bowed dramatically both of them laughing, she was happy to know that the one guy, she always trusted, she would never loose him
