Grace got to home farm and knocked on the door and smiled as Jamie answered as she walked inside
"Is everything okay, I know how hard that things have been since Adam turned back up" she said as he sighed
"I just want to know where I stand with you and Adam. I meant what I said grace I love you and I know he's your ex and how he is back for you but I don't want to put myself in a position and end up hurt" Jamie said as grace looked to him and smiled
"I get that. I know that your worried but I meant it when I said i loved you but I want to be honest with you and it doesn't mean I don't love Adam still. He was my first love and it's complicated he is still my stepbrother and it's a mess and you and I are keeping this a secret and I don't want to do that. Adam is my first love but he broke my heart and I don't want to be with him" grace said as Jamie looked to her and smiled
"So are you staying that it's me that you want?" Jamie asked as grace looked to him and bite her lip and nodded as he pulled her close and kissed her
Grace knew that even if she did love Adam. She couldn't go back there. He had broken her heart and she had moved on after so long and she couldn't go through that again

Grace walked into the pub and smiled as she saw Brooke and smiled as she looked to her and smiled
"Are you okay? You seem tense" Brooke asked as grace looked to her and smiled
"I'm okay. I am just tired and all the Jamie and Adam drama was getting to me and I hate it. I have decided I am going to stay with Jamie. He's a good man and he loves me and I love him. Adam, I did love him and part of me still loves me and that but i can't...I can't let him hurt me again" grace said as Brooke smiled
"I think that you have made the right decision. I can see how happy that he makes you and Adam. He broke your heart and Jamie makes you happy and it is what you deserve" Brooke said as grace looked to her sister and smiled

Grace stood in the car park and looked to see Adam as he walked over to her and looked to her and smiled
"You wanted to see me" he said as she looked to him and nodded
"Look. You left me and I was heartbroken and it took me so long to get over it and I can't. You should go as I can't do this. Me and you were finished a long time ago" she said as Adam looked to her
"I get that but just so you know I'm not leaving yet, I love you grace and I am not going anywhere" Adam said as he walked off. grace looked after him and sighed.
She knew how none of it was going to be easy. It wasn't going to be easy at all
