"Woah, this place is huge!" Jungkook exclaimed after entering Shadow Hunters headquarters.

Even though Hoseok made big amount of money, they lived humbly in a small apartment in the middle of Seoul. That couldn't be compared to what the younger saw at that very moment.

"Hyung, I like in here, but why aren't we going home? I'm tired and want to rest. Let's go home please." Jungkook still had lots of questions. Like who were those people who rescued him. He wanted to know, but first he needed to take a shower and sleep at least for couple of hours.

"Actually he's staying here." Yoongi came up to brothers who were having peaceful conversation on the fresh air. "You're free to leave though."

"What is he talking about?" Jungkook felt his heart start beating vigorously at other's words. He looked at Hoseok terrified. This couldn't be true right? His brother would never leave him.

"Kook please, you have to listen to me." Hoseok struggled to find right words. He hated to send away Jungkook, but he had no choice. Yoongi did as he wanted, now was Hoseok's turn to keep his word. "I'll have to stay here and join Shadow Fighters. But that doesn't mean-"

"You're joining mafia?" The younger nearly yelled not believing his ears. His brother was always against it. How could he change his mind so suddenly. But then again... How the hell did Hoseok rescue him? He made one of the most powerful mafias to raid Jungkook's kidnappers. Shadow Fighters to that.

Jungkook had heard a lot about their leader, Min Yoongi. Cold and indifferent man like him would never agree to help someone without getting something in return....

All pieces finally connected, showing the whole picture to Jungkook.

"You traded your freedom for mine?"

"I did what I had to. You're my little brother. I'd trade my life for you if needed."

"Oh my God, you're doing it again!" Jungkook facepalmed, looking at his brother in disbelief. Hoseok was always like this and it pissed off the younger to no extent. "You act like only I and my well-being matter, but you know what? Our bond is two sided. You are my brother too and I care for you as well. I don't want you to suffer for me."

"I don't think you understand what those people wanted to do to you."

"I do, understand." Jungkook was sure he wouldn't forget the horror he experienced at that place for a long time.

"Then how did you expect me to do nothing? You're my only family, of course you're my number one priority. I'd give much more than just my freedom to save your life." Hoseok's eyes sparkled with sincerity as he talked. Jungkook knew that his brother actually meant every word and it really made him happy that his brother was so caring, but at the same time it broke his heart. Why was Hoseok like this? Always so selfless when it came to Jungkook.

"Then what's gonna happen to me now?"

"What do you mean? You're going home of course." Hoseok replied casually. "Look, you're already adult. I know you can take care of yourself. You have to continue your studies to have a chance on normal life-"

"Wait a second. Do you seriously want to send me back all alone?" Jungkook's mouth hang in indignance and he put his hands akimbo. "How am I supposed to live a normal life with you stuck here? You think this is what I want?"

Sometimes Hoseok wished his little brother was a bit more obedient.

"Then say what do you want." Someone's deep voice asked Jungkook and Hoseok's body jolted as he had forgotten that Yoongi was still there.

Jungkook bit his inner cheek thinking what to answer. He wasn't asked that question often.

"I want to stay too."

"No!" Hoseok shouted immediately.

"This isn't a hotel where you can enjoy your stay, kid." Yoongi said authoritatively, his dark aura radiating such dominance that Jungkook wanted to submit to the male.

"I know." He said offended to be called kid at twenty. "I want to join your mafia."

"I think the fuck not." Hoseok immediately intervened grabbing Jungkook by his chin and forcing his eyes to look straight at him. "You aren't joining mafia, Jeon Jungkook."

"You said yourself that I am adult just few minutes ago. I can make decisions on my own-"

"Not decisions which will ruin your life!"

"That's right! It's my life..." Jungkook escaped his hyung's tight grip, instead cupping the older's hand lovingly. "...which means nothing without you in it. We always stick together, remember?"

"There is no going back after this." Hoseok whispered pained by his brother's destroying decision. "Once you're in mafia everything changes. That isn't the life I want for you."

"My life is where you are. We come in a package deal."

Hoseok snorted, bringing his brother in a bone-crushing hug.

"I'll agree but onlt on one condition. You'll still be working on your degree. That's my final offer." The assassin would never be okay with his baby brother, which he protected his whole life, to join mafia but at that moment he really had no other choice. He would be able to protect him better if Jungkook was always by his side.

Hoseok couldn't get out of his head Yoongi's words. Soon whole underworld would find out about Jungkook and him. It was actually foolish idea to send him away when the same thing could have happened again. Hoseok's or even Yoongi's enemies might have easily used unprotected boy against the mafia. The assassin knew Yoongi would never allow that happen.

Oh my fucking God. Hoseok only now realized that it was the revenette's plan from the beginning. He never intended to let Jungkook leave in the first place.

As he looked at Yoongi, the redhead met a male already staring at him with playful smile. He knows that I know it too.

"So, I can stay right?" Jungkook clarified disturbed by silence.

"Well, you have to know that I don't welcome people from street in this mafia. Everyone here earned place. My people are explicit fighters. You'll have to train hard to become one of us."

"I'll do it. I am not a bad fighter, but I'll become better. The best." Jungkook's enthusiasm was way too obvious. Hoseok found it just adorable. However, his opinion was biased.

The three of them were unaware of a pair of eyes glued on them from one window of the mansion, observing a newcomer curiously.

"What is gonna happen to Soobin?" Jungkook asked concerned for the younger boy. He hadn't seen him since they left the warehouse and he couldn't help but worry for him. He didn't know anyone there so he must have been anxious around all those strangers.

"I'll think about him later. I have a boy around his age here and I'll ask him to look out for him. But right now I have to deal with more important business."

Yoongi went straight inside the mansion leaving the duo alone. Not mentioning that his important business was taking a nap. Little did he know he wouldn't be having much deserved rest because of a particular young man awaiting right next to his bedroom.

"Who is that blonde boy and what is he doing here?" Taehyung demanded with crossed arms. He was one of not many who could talk like this to their boss. And Yoongi started slowly regretting making the younger this daring.
