"Sophie, you have to go now!" Mr Forkle told Sophie firmly as he placed a crystal in her hand.
Sophie glanced at the gleaming item in her hand and saw that it was cobalt blue in colour. It was the kind of crystal that leapt to the Forbidden Cities.
" No! I can't just leave you guys here!" Sophie protested.
"You have to. It's for your own good. When the time comes, you'll be able to come back. I'm going to get the others. Stay here." Mr Forkle instructed Sophie before he went to get Keefe, Biana, Tam, Linh, Fitz, Marella and Dex.
The others arrived and huddled together with Sophie. Keefe held Sophie's hand and sent a calming breeze through her head. Sophie then took a deep breath and held the leaping crystal up to the light. The leaping crystal created a light path and the group stepped into the beam of light.
"Stay safe! And stick together!" Mr Forkle shouted as they were being swept up by the light.
