"Listen Steve, you need to stay here with them alright? They need you more than we do, okay" Anna tried to reason with Steve

"Yeah, sure just be safe you guys" Steve pronounced

"Yeah, you too, anything happens" she pointed at the walkie in her hand "Max, anything odd you tell them alright?" Max nodded

Anna stepped towards her hugging her lightly, they both needed it at the moment, Max hugged the girl tightly, which was unlike her but Anna didn't mind, they pulled away Anna kissed Max's head in a protective manner

Anna was the one to drive them, once they reached the Asylum, she stopped the car and held Robin's hand out of Nancy's view

"Hey, be careful, and if anything happens  run back to the car alright?" Anna looked at Robin

"Yeah" Robin replied, giving her hand a squeeze, as the two girls made their way inside

Anna waited in her car, a cigerette between her lips as the the two girls walked in, she kept her walkie close waiting for a news of Steve screwing up

She turned up the music in an attempt to block her own thoughts, which were her worse nightmares, what if something happens to those two inside? What if Max gets into the trance again, before they could find a solution? What if there's no solution?

She stopped the song once she realised it was not helping, in her worrying she started thinking, about Robin, about what she did

It was true, she initiated the break thinking it was for the better but seeing the girl in person she knew she made a mistake and after finding out about Vickie, which Steve blurted out and it made her realise that was a big mistake,

Her thoughts and realisation made her sigh as she made up her mind to talk, have a proper conversation with Robin once all this was over

Her thoughts were interrupted by her walkie going off

"Anna do you copy?" Dustin yelled

"I copy Dustin" Anna said bringing the device closer to her mouth

"This is a code red, Anna you need to hurry"

"What, what happened they are not out yet"

"Max she, she is in the trance again and she's not waking up"

"Shit shit shit" Anna shouted as she reversed the car and stopped right in front of the of the Asylum "Just do something, wake her up!"

"We can't you need to hurry"

"Fucking hell!" she cursed

Anna started the car and she peeked out from the window in desperation she saw the girls being followed by two guards and an angry Hatch in front of them she looked at them as they looked back at her she pointed at the walkie in the other hand

"Code red!" She shouted as both the girls ran towards the car, once inside Anna explained them the situation while driving way too fast

"Music" Nancy said

"What, we can turn the radio on later how the hell do we save Max?" Anna shouted in exhaustion Robin grabbed the walkie

"Dustin, it's Robin do you copy?"

"Holy shit finally! Please please tell me you guys have this figured out"

"Play music, whatever she likes make her listen to it" Robin informed "It'll pull her out of her trance"

"What?" Anna asked

"He said, music reaches the part of the brain words cannot" Nancy explained Anna nodded as she sped up

They were now at the Wheeler's house Anna paced back and forth as she waited for Max, Lucas, Steve and Dustin

The minute she saw them enter the room she ran to Max

"Oh my god you are okay" She hugged the younger girl, as Max hugged her back, tight, Anna pulled away looking at Steve

"What the fuck is wrong with you Harrington" She shouted

"What did i do?"

"What did i- weren't you the one supposed to protect them huh?"

"I did okay she was the one who threatened me, that she'd sue me"

"Oh she's a fucking kid for god's sake even she wanted to she couldn't, oh fuck me there's no point in arguing with a bird brain" She walked away

"Who did you call a bird brain?"

"You" Anna spoke

"Anna, he saved me" Max's words made Anna sigh without another word she went on to the couch closing her eyes in an attempt to not think about what she did was wrong

A while later and now they were all sleeping, Anna breathed heavily, as she started shaking in her sleep, Robin woke up from beside her and held the girl close

"Hey it's okay" She whispered "It's okay I am right here" Anna's heartbeat became rapid, as she suddenly opened her eyes, breathing heavily "It's alright, you're okay, it was just a bad dream, you're okay" Robin said in an attempt to calm her down

When Robin and Anna used to live together, Anna used to have occasional nightmares, about the day her life we t to shit, Robin, as time went by, figured out how to calm the girl down, which she just did

"Was it that day again?" Robin asked

"Yeah, sorry, I woke you up and thanks" Anna said looking down

"Hey, it's alright, I am here for you" Robin said as Anna tried to sleep again, in the girl's hold

Anna heard the walkie she opened her eyes, finding her head on Robin's shoulder she quickly backed away and grabbed the walkie

"Earth to Dustin" Eddie's voice was heard

"Hey, its Anna" she said into the walkie, as she took out her pill, from the box

"Henderson! Hey um, I am gonna need a food delivery, like really soon unless you want me going out into the world" she put the pill on her tongue

"No, just keep your ass in the house, we'll come as soon as possible" she swallowed the pill

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, listen um, can you pack me up a six-pack? I know it's stupid as shit drinking right now but a cold beer would really calm my jangled nerves" Anna looked around and saw that Max was gone

"Yeah, I got you, and uh i am gonna have to call you back" she shut the device going over to her brother

"Hey wake up you dumb little shit, weren't you supposed to watch over Max?"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah"

"Yeah, where is she?

"A second ago-" he looked over at where Max was supposed to be "I swear I just dozed off for-" he checked his watch "An hour"
