snuggling to plushie and wrapped around his blanket like a burrito. peacefully snoring , It felt like years when he had an comfortable sleep. The temperature was warm and fuzzy.
hearing his phone constantly ringing. It's probably just a notification. Then it rang again.
"Who the fuck is calling me at 3 am in the morning..." groaning while his eyes attacked by the cellphone's blue lighting. With no hesitation he answered the phone did not even bother who was calling.
he coughs trying regain his voice back "what is it?" jaemin's eyes were still closed thinking it was his bestfriend calling him about weird things in the morning again
"have you packed your things yet?"
hold up. The voice seems familiar. It didn't sound like his annoying friend.
"may I ask who is this?" making sure this isn't one of those scam calls acting like they are from the call centers. There is no point of scamming me? I'm broke
"oh you aren't fully awake yet... you'll know once you end the call later , look I am just asking you if you're ready because we are going to a buisness trip. You didn't forget right?"
jaemin's eyes widened , buisness trip?! I thought it was next Friday
he Immediately rushes to check on his calendar
hiccup "shit a week has passed already..." he muttered to himself
"umm secretary na are you still there?" not realizing the other had already ended the call
He grabbed his hair "What am I doing? I should start packing" he shrugs off the useless thoughts and start searching for his suit case
as he opens his closet all he see is little to no clothes. All he has was a pair of pants and a basic plain t-shirt , sighs "I guess I'll have to re-wear the suit I borrowed from jisung" he nodded. I think the last he bought clothes was on last year's christmas sale
sitting on the driver's seat looking like a zombie as usual. Almost falling off to sleep and constantly slapping his cheeks
"hey are you okay?" noticing the male was looking very exhausted. Concerned that they'll cause an car accident
he took a glance at the him with his pupils shaking , he was exhausted. "Do I look okay?" sarcastically answered "You woke me up at 3 in the damn morning and I had to pack my things and clean my whole apartment at 4 am" he ranted but he really didn't care anyways he was tired to deal with any of his now ceo acts.
"—so please let me drive peacefully or we'll appear on the national television about an secretary and the youngest CEO of the Lee family in a car accident" jaemin added
"Can you stop complaining now. I'll drive" he placed down his phone
by the sudden offer , his cheeks heated up "What no!" , flustered
jeno furrowed his brows confusingly. Didn't he complain minutes ago "Why not?"
"I'm your secretary of course I'm the who will drive the whole trip" he gazed at the CEO giving him a forced out smile
"but you kept ranting about you being exhausted. I am not forcing you to drive a five hour long trip anyway" staring at his secretary having to see his perfect side profile
"I never mentioned not wanting to drive?" even if he really wants to just sleep comfortably on the passenger seat he is his secretary for a reason
"you and your stubborn self again. Stop the car , I'll drive" jeno whined
"But sir—"
"Na Jaemin I said I'll drive" his voice changed into a monotone
He pouted and stomped in the pedals. He exits the car switching seats with the male
"Put your seatbelt on" he reminded. It hasn't been a month since he got his driver's license
he nods pulling down the seatbelt and grabs his neck pillow before the car moves. "We will take turns okay? juts tell me when you're tired driving. Sorry for the trouble" Jaemin requested
not even a 5 minutes when he started driving the secretary was already sleeping soundly
taking a short glancing at the younger he smiled seeing his secretary look so adorable while sleeping with his head almost falling off
"cute" jeno muttered to himself still grinning while his eyes focused on the road
