DENRYL DOESN'T know what to answer to that. It was all sudden. Ikaw ba naman ang makatanggap ng katagang gusto ka nila bigla-bigla, hindi ba magba-blangko ang isipan mo?

Thankfully, the waiter saved him from the misery. It arrived with the tray of his order. And it made him salivate from thinking to devour his scrumptious meal.

"Your order, Sir." Isa-isang inilapag ng waiter ang pagkain ni Denryl and he hungrily stares at them.

Romero cleared his throat kaya napunta ang atensyon ng waiter sa kaniya. The guy's face is serious na parang hindi ito nosy kani-kanina lang.

"I'll have the same breakfast as him," he casually said and gestured to the food on the table, making the waiter toke a note of that.

"Gradually, Sir. I'll be back with your order." The waiter once again excused himself.

Tinitigan ni Denryl ang papalayong bulto ng waiter hanggang sa mawala ito. Nawala lang ang atensyon n'ya roon sa waiter nang magsalita si Romero sa harapan niya.

"So, how long will you stay here at this island?" Romero inquired.

Napabaling siya kay Romero. Are they in sharing-informations-stage now?

"Two weeks," Denryl truthfully answered. There's no point for not answering to that. He knows that Romero will just pesters him. "And you?"

"A week, maybe."

Denryl started to grab some of the kubyertos sa mesa niya. "That's great. I hope you'll have a great vacation."

Romero can't help but escape a chuckle at the obvious shyness of Denryl in front of him. He is indeed cute.

"You can say I will."

THEIR BREAKFAST was composed of few chuckles from the guy, and a lot of shyness and awkwardness from Denryl. He was still embarrassed sa ginawa n'ya kaninang umaga. Right in front of his mug of coffee.

Sadly, the guy doesn't have any golf cart para sa kaniyang transportasyon pabalik sa kaniyang cabin. Being kind, inalokan ito ni Denryl na sumakay sa kaniya pabalik sa kanilang mga cabin. The guy accepted the kind gesture of Denryl in no doubt. Kaya off they go.

Sa gitna nang kanilang mumunting biyahe patungong cabins nila ay puno ng mga kuwento galing kay Romero ang golf cart. Walang magawa si Denryl kung hindi ay makinig na lang dito. Wala siyang choice.
