TINAWAG NILA ang waiter for the menu and nagsimulang pumili ng makakain. Since medyo nasa classy na restaurant si Denryl, he ordered something fancy such as steaks and milkshakes. S'yempre, being thoughtful, he offered to treat all three of them. Agad silang tumanggi, pero sinabi ni Denryl na his boss sponsored him and it wouldn't cause a dent on his account. Pumayag na lang sila at nagpasalamat kay Denryl. I mean, his boss gave him a three-week worth of pocket money. He couldn't spend them all in three weeks kasi ang laking halaga nang ibinigay nito sa kaniya.

Habang naghihintay, nagku-kuwentohan muna silang apat doon to know each other more. They're strangers, after all.

"So, may nakakuha na ba ng atensyon mo while on the island? Or are you just here for relaxation and vacation?" curious na tanong ni Phoebe doon while wiggling her brows at Denryl.

Bigla na lang dumating ang mga drinks nila kaya tumahimik sila habang nilalapag ng waiter ang drinks nila. Most restaurants around Europe served their drinks first, and afterwards their dishes. Same as the US.

Denryl sipped on his drink, before speaking, "Enough with my miserable love life, I am here to temporarily forget them. Napapansin kong kanina pa nakatingin iyong mga lalaki roon sa unahan sa inyong tatlo."

Lumingon naman ang tatlo sa tinutukoy ni Denryl na direksyon. They giggled when the group of guys nodded, waved and cocked their heads at them.

"Let them be," ani Emilia. "They have to work their way up para ma-i-kama ako. I'm not easy to get, 'no."
