Kasalukuyan akong nasa labas ng isang private room kung saan naka-admit si Wren. Zi messaged me right away kaya I can't stop myself but to rush my way back to visit him. This is quite strange too knowing that the last time he passed out was when we were heading our way to Siargao.

Ako lang ang nasa watchers area kasi pinabalik sa station yung iba— kasama na rito si Zi.

Alam kong Wren might be wondering kung bakit ko siya iniiwasan. I left with no trace and suddenly showed up earlier with no words or even got the chance to glance at him at all. I felt guilty.

Honestly speaking, I was awakened by the words that he said— na kailangan kong harapin yung mga responsibilities ko para matapos na yung pagtakas ko sa mga bagay.

My mom settled an arrangement earlier and appointed me as the Head of Premiére. Things happened so fast and I'll be busy on the upcoming weeks. I know it sounds odd after the things that occurred recently but this could also help me to be better.

Hindi ko rin naman mapilit yung sarili ko kay Wren kaya I hope he'll be proud of the path that I'm heading to right now.

While the inauguration is on-going, Detective Kent messaged me kaya I rushed my way for a quick investigation. I had to leave the venue for a short while kaya nang matapos ay agad na rin akong bumalik. But unexpected things happened.

My phone rang and there I saw my mom calling. I hate to disappoint her but I rejected the call and turned my phone off.

Kailangan ako ni Wren ngayon.

It's passed 1 am when I woke myself up. Hindi ko namalayang nakatulog na pala ako and Wren is still unconscious. Nakalimutan ko na nga na bumalik sa Inauguration pero bahala na. I know I can settle this with our clients.

Kasama ko na ngayon si Zi sa pagbabantay pero kasalukuyan siyang natutulog. Astrid, Niki and June left early and Scott left passed 10. Sa sobtang tagal ng paghihintay namin eh nakatulog na ako dito sa tabi niya.

The room is huge and private. A lady and a butler-like guy came earlier to discuss about Wren's situation, paid the bills and took care of Wren. That caused all of us to wonder kung sino sila. Even Zi doesn't know them.

Sabi pa niya na hindi kailanman nagbukas ng kwento si Wren patungkol sa background ng family niya kaya sino ba naman kami to question those people. When they left, that was the only time na nakapasok kami para tignan yung kalagayan ni Wren.

I decided to grab some coffee but a series of knocks surprised me to death. May bumisita pa talaga sa ganitong oras?

When I unlocked the knob, Madison appeared.

"Hello." she said.

She's glowing. Para siyang diwata dahil sa kulay ng balat niya. Talaga nga namang lahat ng mga lalaki ay mahuhulog sa kanyang angking ganda. No wonder Hendery fell in love with her. But for him to hide her from everyone? That's strange though.

"Napabisita ka?" my brows met as I asked. Pinapasok ko rin siya and allowed her to sit sa available na sofa. I also went back to the mini table to get ourselves something to drink.

"Pasensya na sa abala. I just heard about what happened kaya bumisita na ako. Malapit lang din naman dito yung work ko."

"Gabi na ah? You're working at night?"

Silence deafened the entire room while my cup is catching hot water from the dispenser. I waited for her response pero parang natagalan siyang sagutin yung tanong ko. At nang ibalik ko ang mga tingin sa kanya ay laking gulat ko nalang nang malamang nakatayo na siya sa'king harapan.
