Venus is my ringneck dove. I had never seen a dove before June 14th 2022. That was the day I brought home Venus. I'd like for Venus to have a mate, but I haven't been able to find another since. He's got a whole room to himself and enjoys all the room to fly, his favorite spot is the curtain rod. His cooing, even though a bit a loud for me (night shifter) it is adorable. When he was younger it sounded more like a woman moaning, but now that he's older it sounds more like a dove!
