Lucky is a very young baby budgie I found in a small box on the side of a busy highway. She/he (will be considered a she) was with another baby bird, but that one was dead. I took them to a vet, it had died from rat poison. Lucky got a clean bill of health, only thing wrong was her slightly over grown beak. I had found her on my way home from picking up Chrissy's body (to bury him). I believe she was sent to me for a reason. She is weaning, and being spoiled every day! She is very active, alert, playful, cuddly, friendly, and cute! SHE is actually a HE. Lucky died Monday October 16th. He was killed by Opal, Opal had attacked him, leaving a large crack in his beak.
