Timeskip a month later-
[2 months remain for the start of the Pokemon championships as Ash remains in Astral region with half of his elites. Many gyms have been constructed in Astral with 13 different bases in Astral too. Ash also made reserves for pokemon and Pokemon rangers and Officers were introduced to handle the region. Pokemon centers have increased and trainers have started to arise. Astral has become like any other region and the league stadium and Elite stadium is about to be complete. People are living in harmony again and they have also made a statue of Ash in his cloak which was 50 feet tall at the center of the region with the words Hero Of Astral to honor Ash. Ash also became the champion of Astral and still figure out who to choose as his elites. Ash and his elites have mastered the delta species and many team celestial members have captured delta species but not forcing them though. Astral region has also advanced like Kanto and Alola and many new trademark mega cites have been built]
[Now we see Ash training with his elites Paul, Hilda, Aria and Nate at the same peak of the mountain which he called the Mount Silver of Astral region as he trains in the caves with his Evee against a wild Graveler while other watch]
ASH: Now evee use dragon rage!!
[Evee uses dragon rage as it blasts of graveler backwards as it gets up and uses roll out as Ash says his evee to dodge but it was unable too as it was hit by the attack]
ASH: Evee are you alright!?
[Evee gets up and glares at Graveler]
ASH: Good now use Swift on his eyes!
[Evee does it as Graveler was hit by the attack and falls unable to see as Ash says]
ASH: Evee use dragon rage!
[Evee uses the move as graveler was pushed back bruised as it glares at Evee and uses roll out hitting it as Evee was thrown back]
ASH: EVEE!!
[Evee tries to get up as Graveler prepares a hyper beam]
NATE: Oh no! That hyper will do a great damage if it hits...
ASH: Evee stand up! I know you can do it I trust you!!
[Evee stands and roars as it was envelope a bright light as the hyper beam heads towards the glowing evee hitting it as their was a explosion and the dust reveal to evee still glowing but bruised as it starts to grow]
ASH: You are evolving...
ARIA: But I though evee needs to be special conditions to evolve..
NATE: Well evee evolves with stones and surroundings but Espeon and Umbreon evolve during the day and night time so because its day it will evolve into Espeon!
[Ash watches as evee grows but it doesn't look according to the forms of evee as once the ligth fades they gasp in shock]
PAUL: W-What... what has Evee has evolved into...
HILDA: I can't believe is this a new evolution...
NATE: I don't know anything about it..
[The evolved form had wings on its back and white fur on it. It had blue fur on its head with long white ears and a tail at the back. It had two tentacles across each cheek and his eyes was red as Ash and its ears were red from inside too]
