Impact

She knocked me out of the way. She knocked me out of the way.
I heard the loudest sound it echoed and kept playing in my head over and over. Her dropping to the floor holding her ribcage, her scream, Xander and Damien rushing in putting our parents in handcuffs. Percy and Atlas running to Presley as she went down.
I was just staring I couldn't move. I heard someone screaming my name I think it was Xander but I couldn't make out what they were saying. Tears clogged my vision, I was so very very scared.

Presley's Pov
I never thought A sting could hurt so bad, I tried to move I couldn't. My eyes felt heavy.
My vision was bluring, it felt like time was speeding up but I was slowing down.
My rib area hurt. I think I saw Percy and Atlas eventually Damien.
But next thing you know I was being wheeled in the ambulance by a bunch of Paramedics.
I felt a mask being put on my face. I couldn't make anything out. It was hard to breathe
All I heard was " PRESLEY BREATHE KIDDO" it was Atlas.
My eyes jolt open for a second but my vision was blurred, I saw Percy's face tho.
"Percy i-I'm scared" I croaked out
"Its ok love, your gonna be ok" Thats all I heard him say
Everything went black.

Percy's Pov
"NO NO NO NOO" I yelled as Presley eyes kept opening and closing
Time went by in a flash. The fastest flash in my life.
Ambulance told me there was no exit wound in her rib.
They told me they needed alot of space as these moments were crucial since she was so little.
My little girl got shot there was no exit wound.
Her eyes jolted open for a second which was a good sign but she passed out. I started to panic and screamed at them to do something. They told me they needed space to work and told me to sit down.
"Wait what about Payton" I say panicking to Paramedic who was standing behind me.
"He's in the other ambulance being checked out no visible injuries said he was ok just wanted to see his sister" the woman said
"Ill go be with him ok stay here" Atlas says going to the other ambulance
"Make sure he's getting checked out! Please!" I beg the woman
"Sir don't worry he is" she says as the ambulance took off
I didn't let go of Presley's hand. Well until they needed it for an IV, they said her other hand was probably broken. Poor kid.
Next thing you know they were rolling her out of the ambulance
I saw Elijah, Thea, Sam and Cole his twin look up at me shocked and scared and they rolled her in.

"Presley Cromwell 6 years old 50 pounds shot in the rib area with no exit wound, possible fractures of the wrist." A nurse says as keep trying to ask what's going on

"Any other health conditions any medications that she's on?"  A nurse says to me as they roll her in and I hold her hand.
"Asthma but its not severe, she panicks she needs me in here" I say
"This is as far as you can go im sorry sir" she says
"Is she gonna be ok" I say to Thea
"were gonna do everything we can" she said. it was like poison to my ears.

"Im gonna need an OR prepped STAT." Elijah says looking at the wound as they take her in a set of doors
I sigh and rub a down my face and put my head in my hands.

"Sir are you Payton and Presley's father? im gonna need you to sign these" a receptionist nurse says.
"Payton hows Payton is he ok" I say
"Yea he's getting an IV he's dehydrated but he'll be fine, you should go be with him Presley is gonna be in there for a while sir." The nurse says as i nod signing the papers.
I walk in the room and I see the boys look up at me "how is she they wouldn't tell us anything, Preston is trying to drag info out of them rightnow" Parker says
"They said the next couple hours are crucial" I say as my voice cracks "hows Pay" I say
"He's gonna be perfectly fine, he's sleeping he's exhausted, they haven't aten or drank for two days" Parker says
"I can't believe they would do this to them." Pierce says as Preston walks in sitting down putting his head in his hands
"What? What did they say" Pierce says
"Nothing they kicked me out of the OR before I could even take a look, they said im to emotionally involved to help."Preston says
"What now" Parker says
"We wait." Preston says
