At Obanai's estate

Recap: On their walk together, Obanai and Y/N kissed for the first time. Obanai invited Y/N to his estate

Y/N POV:
Obanai's place was a twenty minutes walk from Tengens house but we used my car to go (it was a five minutes drive).
Once we got to his house, he took off his haori and left it by the door. His house was small and quite simple. He didn't have any fancy decorations or anything, just a very basic color scheme and very ordinary looking rooms.
"You hungry?" he asked me while putting his katana away
"Not really," I said looking around the house, "but can you cook?"
"Yeah, Mitsuri taught me a little bit of Western cooking."
"Ohhh, if your cooking something then I'll definitely eat it."
He chuckled and began to get some ingredients
"What do you plan on making?"
"It's a surprise," he replied back with a smug look on his face

After 10 minutes he brought me a plate of F/F (Favorite Food) and a glass off water
I smiled at him
"How did you know this was my favorite food?" I asked
"You ordered it that day when we we're on the mission."
"You noticed?"
I was so shocked that he realised it was my favorite food
He didn't seem like the observant type to me
Nevertheless, we ate together and talked about the night we had
"Y/N, I've never been happier than I was last night," he said to me
"Neither have I," I replied
That was the best few minutes of my life
"Do you want to tell the others anytime soon?" he asked me
"Maybe we should," I replied, "but let's just give it two more days."
I didn't mind telling the others but...
I wasn't keen on telling just one person...

The Love Hashira: Mitsuri...

I had caught on by now that she loved Obanai as well...
I felt a little guilty
I felt like I was taking Obanai form her
But she lost her chance...
She never gave him any hints that she liked him. But has he moved on from her?
"Have you moved on from Mitsuri though?" I blurted out carelessly
Damn it! Why do I say everything I'm thinking?!
He nodded, "I only love you now. Nobody else."
Phew. I could see it in his eyes, he was being honest...
"I don't care what anyone thinks except you Y/N. You're my perfect girlfriend..."
WOAH!
HAD HE JUST CALLED ME HIS GIRLFRIEND? I felt like I had just been punched so hard that all the air in my body left me at once...
"Sure..." I said, "Th-thanks, you too."

Narrator POV:
After Obanai and Y/N finished eating, they put their plates away and went outside to sit together

Y/N POV:
"Wow.." I said, "the garden is huge."
He thanked me and we sat down together
There was nothing much to say
We just had a moment where we could sit with each other
Like...a...couple...
I just loved being around him
No matter what was happening...
It was cold outside so we hugged each other to stay warm
I wrapped him up with me in my haori and put an arm around him

Obanai POV:
I didn't feel the cold, I didn't feel the guilt, I didn't feel the sadness of losing Mitsuri...
All I felt was the happiness that Y/N was here for me...

Once again sorry for making it short but my exams are starting soon so I was busy and I may not be uploading for some time (because of exams).
