"Y/N GET READY FOR SCHOOL!!" my mom yelled as i was grabbing my school uniform. its the first day of middle school and i'm sure not ready

as i grabbed my book bag i felt my mom grab my face and tell me "now you remember to stay calm and stay humble"  the words echoed through my head "alright mom i promise" i said  trying not to miss the bell 

on my way to school i heard some kids laughing and talking behind me. as i turned to see who it was i felt a hard push bring me down to my knees "huh what is going on?" i say trying to get back on my feet but before i could i felt someone hit my shoulder "what do you think you're doing?" i heard a boy say "i'm on my way to school" i say with i smile trying to show them i'm no harm "we will let you go as soon as you give us you're lunch money" he said while giving me a spine chilling smile "i'm sorry but i don't have money on me" i said bowing down. as i lifted up my head i felt a punch hit the top of my head "i'm truly sorry may i please go to school before i'm counted late or absent" as i said that i saw a boy run up to us. as i looked up to see him i saw his bright hair it looked like flames in the sun and his bright eyes full of light made the world seem so colorless and his face made me feel less scared "hey what is going on here!" he said trying to make his voice seem more deep and masculine "do you think you scar us?" i heard one of the boys say. the boy with the yellow hair started to laugh "well of course not i'm just checking up on my friend!" the boy said looking down at me lending out his had to help me up 

he looked so cute and trust worthy i couldn't even think. his bright smile sucked me in and all i could do was grab his hand "h-hi" i say looking at him in his bright eyes "hello there aren't we supposed to be heading to school?" he said trying to make it seem like we knew each other "uh yea i was just held back by something" i say looking back to see if those kids were still there but they ditched. as i turned back to thank the boy that helped me i saw he was already heading off HEY WAIT!!!" i yelled running after him 

he stopped in the middle of his tract and looked back. as he looked back my heart stopped, his beautiful fire pattern hair waved in the wind like an angel as he turned back to face me with his beautiful bright eyes  met mine and all i could think about was his eyes "oh hi there" he said waving his arm with a welcoming bright smile "u-um hi" i said chocking on my words trying not to  embarrass myself "thank you for helping me back there i was really scared" i said while bowing down over and over "no no it's fine i mean if i was in your place i would want help too" he said while scratching the back of his head "by the way whats your name" i said. he looked up at me and smiled "oh it's rengoku kyoujurou whats yours?" he said while crouching down to grab something "oh my name is y/n l/n" i said looking down from embarrassment "y/n what a beautiful name" as he said that i felt me heat skip a beat "t-thank you" i said covering my bright red face "hey do you mind if i give you a nickname though" he said picking up me and his bag "no not at all" i said looking back up at him "hmmmm what about flame" he said with a big smile "why flame?" i said looking at him with a confused look "well its because of how you stayed calm when those kids were bullying you and because well you shine a lot compared to everything around you like a flame in the dark" as he said that i felt my face burn from how hard he made me blush  "thank you rengoku" i said with my hands covering my face "no problem" he said grabbing my hand while leading me to school '
