Sophie

Sophie was in her room with Dex, Linh, Biana, Fitz, and Tam. It was traditional that they all had a sleepover together before one of them left for a long mission. Or in this case, two of them. Usually, the sleepovers occurred in Sophie's room since hers was the biggest.

Tam was not in the best mood because he had just been reunited with his sister after four loooong months, and now, she was leaving for a mission the next day. Biana had calmed Fitz down after his little episode with the Collective. Dex was fiddling with a small black cube. Probably one of his latest inventions. And Sophie....her mind was on Keefe. She had been thinking about him a lot for the past few days.

Sophie's friends were putting their sleeping bags on the ground. Dex's sleeping bag was periwinkle, and was situated closest to Sophie's bed. Fitz's teal one was right next to Dex's. Biana had rolled out her pink sleeping bag across from her brother's, and Linh had put a silver sleeping bag next to Biana's. Tam had a black sleeping bag, and he put it right next to Linh.

"So....," Biana said after they had all settled down. "Anyone up for Truth or Dare?"

Everyone except Linh groaned. "Biana," Dex whined, "we played that last time we had a slumber party!"

Biana put her hands on her hips. "Last time we had a sleepover was four months ago." She flipped her hair. "Besides, I want to know about Fitz and Caterina's wedding."

Fitz buried his head in his hands, Tam snickered, and Sophie giggled. Dex and Linh just seemed confused.

"Say what?," Dex asked. "I feel like I missed something." Linh nodded in agreement.

Sophie decided to explain it to them. "The Basile children were obsessed with Percy Jackson. Apparently, they'd go around calling Tam 'Nico.' One day, Tam pranked Fitz by putting black hair dye in his shampoo. And then, the kids started calling Fitz 'Percy,' as in Percy Jackson."

"It was horrible," Fitz complained. "Caterina pretended to be Annabeth Chase. Her brothers told me to propose to her."

"And then," Tam snorted, "he left Caterina at the altar." Everyone except Fitz burst into laughter.

"Can we start already?," Fitz sighed.

"Oh, so now you want to play?," Biana sassed.

"Biana," Fitz said, ignoring her comment, "truth or dare?"

"Dare," she responded immediately.

"I dare you to dress like Sophie usually does for a week." Biana gasped. She took one look at Sophie's plain outfit, and pouted.

"Fine," Biana said reluctantly. "A dare's a dare."

"Hey!," Sophie protested. "My clothes aren't that bad."

Biana raised her eyebrows.

"Ok, you win," Sophie grumbled.

"Sophie," Biana turned to her, "truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to dress like me for a week." Great. Now she was probably going to have to listen to Vertina in the mornings.

"Linh," Sophie said quickly, not wanting to think about her dare any longer, "truth or dare?"

Linh shrugged elegantly. "No one's said truth yet, so I guess I'll do truth."

Sophie thought for a moment. She didn't want to do anything too mean, but she didn't want to do anything too nice. "If someone in this room could be your cognate, who would it be?"
