The Yagi Family is currently in a Doctor's Office waiting to find out Izuku and Izumi's Quirks.
Toshinori: Are you excited, you 2?
Izuku: Yeah!!
Izumi: Definitely!!
Inko: Well, get ready because I hear The Doctor coming.
And on cue, The Doctor walks into The Room then sitting down across from The Yagi Family.
Inko: Well?
Doctor: Well, let's start with you, Izumi.
Izumi: Ok!!
Doctor: Your Quirk is a Telekinesis Quirk that has The Potential to me more Powerful than Pystorms.
Izumi: Awesome!!
Inko: That's great!!
Toshinori: Congratulations Izumi!!
Doctor: Now for you, Izuku.
The Yagi Family then pays attention.
Doctor: Your Quirk Izuku is a shockingly Powerful Regeneration Quirk.
Toshinori: How Powerful is “shockingly Powerful”?
Doctor: Well, to be frank, It's so Powerful it's closer to an Immortality Quirk than a Regeneration Quirk.
That shocks The Yagi Family.
Izuku: So… I'm immortal?
Doctor: In all likelihood, yes.
Inko: Wow…
Toshinori: I don't know what to say.
Doctor: Oh, one more thing before you leave.
Toshinori: Yes?
Doctor: There appears to a second Quirk Gene in Izuku, but I suspect it will take some drastic to actually activate it.
Toshinori: Oh… Well, thank you, we'll keep that in mind.
The Next Day at School.
Izuku is currently playing with Todoroki's Older Sister Fuyumi, when suddenly Izumi, Katsuki, Shoto and Momo walk up.
Katsuki: Hey Deku!!
Izuku: Deku?
Katsuki: Yeah!! Because that's all you are!! A useless Deku!!
Izuku: I'm not useless!!
Suddenly, Izumi uses her Quirk to lift Izuku into The Air.
Izumi: Acting tough, are we? Heh... Let's just see how long that lasts.
Izumi then throws Izuku into the ground with her followed by Katsuki, Shoto and Momo then starting to Beat Izuku to all Hell.
Fuyumi: Leave him alone!!
5 Years Later.
It's been 5 Years since Izuku's Sister and Friends began beating him to Hell and back, But today things are about to change forever.
Izuku is sitting on The Swing set next to Fuyumi when Izumi and the others walk up.
Shoto: Hey Shithead!! It's time for your beating!!
Fuyumi: Why can't you leave him alone!!
The 4 Friends stare dagger's into Fuyumi at her comment.
Izuku: It's ok, Fuyumi... Better you than me.
Izuku stands up and is immediately met with an explosion from Katsuki. The 4 Friends then starting using their Quirks, I'm Izuku.
