It's been a Few Hours since The Last Chapters events and currently Izuku is laying in a Hospital Bed completely unconscious.
Inside Izuku's Mind.
Izuku: (Gasp!!)
Izuku looks around and sees a Field of Grass and 3 different monstrous entities.
One is sitting down and playing with a Ball. The Second is practicing movements with his Sword, but The Third… The Third is staring directly at Izuku, and these 3 Monsters have Izuku frozen in pure terror.
???: Devil? Stop staring at him.
Devil: Why?
???: Because you're scaring him.
Devil: Hmph… Fine.
The one practicing with his Sword stops and turns to Izuku then walks up to him.
???: This is the first time you're seeing us in person, isn't it?
That comment confuses Izuku for a few seconds until a realization dawns on him.
Izuku: Scar?
Scar: Hi Izuku…
Izuku: Wow… You look different then I expected.
Scar: I'm sure...
Izuku looks over to Devil Hulk, who only grunts at him.
Izuku: I'm assuming that's Devil?
Scar: Yep, And that one is Savage.
Izuku looks over to Savage Hulk and waves, with Savage Hulk waving back.
Izuku: What are you 3?
Devil: We're your alternate Personalities…
Devil Hulk walks up to Izuku and stands next to The Green Scar.
Izuku: Alternate Personalities? What's that?
Devil: It's a Mental Disorder where a Person has two or more distinct Personalities. The thoughts, actions, and behaviors of each personality may be entirely different. This condition is often caused by Childhood Trauma.
Izuku thinks about what Devil Hulk just said and then responds with…
Izuku: Izumi…
Devil: Along with Katsuki and those other Shitheads.
Scar: Watch your language around The Kid, Devil.
Izuku: It's okay, I've heard worse.
Devil: He's not referring to you…
Izuku looks over to Savage Hulk, who is still playing with his Ball.
Izuku: Savage?
Scar: While Devil and I may be stronger at our Base Strength, Savage is the most easily angered.
Izuku: What does that have to do with anything?
Scar: Our Strength comes from our Anger.
Devil: In other words, the Angrier we get, The Stronger we get.
Izuku: And since he angers the most easily…
Scar: He has the potential to be stronger than Devil and I combined.
Devil: Given enough Time and a sufficiently strong Enemy.
Izuku: Hmm…
Izuku looks around his surroundings and suddenly notices a 4th Hulk, but this one's different from the other 3. This one's Grey instead of Green, it's covered in Bony Spikes and most concerning of all, he's caged in chains.
Izuku: Whose that? I've never heard him in my Head.
The Green Scar and Devil Hulk look over to The Chained 4th.
Scar: That one is different then the 3 of us…
Izuku: Different how?
Devil: That one is pure Destruction…
Scar: Devil…
Devil: Keeping the truth from him will only endanger him.
Izuku: What do you mean?
Devil: Unlike the 3 of us, he has no intelligence, he only acts on Instinct and Rage, destroying everything and everyone in his Path.
Izuku: What's his Name?
Devil: Doomsday…
The 4th Hulk, now known as Doomsday, reacts to his Name and roars.
Doomsday: RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
This roar is so Powerful it completely shatters The Mindscape jolting Izuku awake.
Izuku: (Gasp!!)
Izuku jumps out of his Bed creating a crash which sends Fuyumi, Inko, Aizawa and Nezu running in.
Fuyumi: Izuku!!
Inko: Sweetie!!
Fuyumi and Inko go up to Izuku, checking if he's ok.
Fuyumi and Inko: Are you ok!?!
Izuku: Yeah… I'm fine.
Izuku looks up at Aizawa and sees him getting ready to fight.
Izuku: What… What happened?
