It's been about a Week since The Last Chapter's events and currently Izuku is with Nezu, Aizawa and Midnight in a Containment Facility trying to keep him away from anything that could trigger his Second Quirk.
Izuku: (Sigh)…
Nezu: Something wrong, Young Yagi?
Izuku: I hate being trapped down here.
Nezu: I know, but we have no choice until you can control your Triggers properly.
Izuku: Can I at least see Fuyumi?
Nezu: Sure!! We'll bring her tomorrow, but for now, you need to Sleep.
Izuku: Ok… Goodnight Uncle Nezu.
Izuku then almost immediately falls asleep.
Nezu: Hmm…
Nezu then leaves and goes to an observation Room where Aizawa is.
Nezu: He has the same ability you do, Aizawa.
Aizawa: What ability?
Nezu: To fall asleep on command.
Aizawa: Hmph...
Midnight: Hahaha!!
Suddenly, The Sensors monitoring Izuku starts to go off The Charts.
Nezu: What's happening?
Scientist: I think he's having a Nightmare.
Aizawa: If this keeps up, his Second Quirk is going to activate!!
Nezu, Aizawa and Midnight then start running to Izuku.
With Izuku.
Izuku is currently having a Nightmare about Izumi, Momo, Todoroki and Katsuki's abuse to him throughout The Years.
Izumi: Useless Shit!!
Momo: You should have never been born!!
Todoroki: Nobody loves you!!
Katsuki: Deku!!
And that last insult repeats in Izuku's Dream.
Katsuki: Deku!!

And suddenly, Izuku opens his Eyes, revealing the familiar Glowing Green.
Izuku: Grr…
???: RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
And with that roar from Hulk is when Nezu and Aizawa arrive.
Aizawa: Izuku!! Calm down!!
Nezu: Aizawa hold on.
Aizawa: What?
Nezu: Look at him…
Aizawa looks at Hulk and realizes something's off.
Nezu: He's different…

Suddenly, Hulk turns to Aizawa, Nezu and Midnight.

Nezu, Aizawa and Midnight freeze in shock at the sight of this Monster talking.
Aizawa: Which one are you?
???: I'm Devil Hulk…
Nezu, Aizawa and Midnight become nervous at the revolution of which Hulk, this is for the simple reason of how Izuku described him.
Devil: What's wrong? Scared?
Nezu: We're a bit nervous, yeah.
Devil Hulk then leans down to Face Nezu.

Aizawa: Hey!! Where are you going!?!
Devil: To Finish what Savage failed to do.
It immediately dawns on Nezu what Devil Hulk meant by that.
Nezu: Midnight!! Now!!
Midnight: On it!!
Midnight activates her Quirk, but the 3 Heroes quickly realize it's not working.
Midnight: The Hell?
Devil Hulk then turns back to the 3 Heroes, and that causes Nezu to see why Midnight's Quirk didn't work.
Nezu: He's holding his Breath!!
Aizawa: Get him to breathe it in!!
Aizawa wraps Devil Hulk up in his Capture Weapon, but he instantly rips out of it.
Devil Hulk: Grr…
Devil Hulk claps his hands, which creates a Shock Wave that sends The 3 Heroes flying into The Wall behind them.
Midnight: (Groan)…
Aizawa: Fucking Shit…
Nezu: Jesus…
Devil: If you Wish to Fight, then let's do it.
Devil Hulk goes to attack The 3 Heroes but is stopped by a Cage of Energy forming around him.
Devil: Hmm?
Nezu: You didn't really think we wouldn't have precautions in case you or Savage came out?
Devil: It did occur to me…
Devil Hulk punches The Bars of Energy with such Strength, it causes The Cage to Short Circuit and dissipate.
Devil: Anything else you want to try?
Nezu: Just one thing…
Just then, The Room fills up with Grey Smoke.
Devil: Do you think you hide from me with smoke?
Devil Hulk takes a Deep Breath, causing him to breathe in all The Smoke.
Devil: Hmm?
But when Devil Hulk sees Nezu, Midnight and Aizawa he sees they're wearing Gas Masks.
Nezu: It's not smoke… It's Anesthetic Gas.
Devil: (Cough, Cough)…
Devil Hulk tries to stay Angry, but The Anesthetic Gas is too strong, causing him to fall asleep and turn back into Izuku.
Aizawa: Well… At least we know it works.
Nezu: These alternate Personalities rely on anger to stay in control. If you put them to sleep, they can't stay angry.
Midnight: Makes sense…
Aizawa: That may be true, but now we have a problem…
Nezu: What?
Aizawa: The Devil Hulk Personality won't fall for that again.
