Now sure, a mind entering another mind was entirely untreched territory and dangerous. But what other way to survive did he have.
Now, all he had to do was create someone loyal, someone who'd do his will. And the only way he could think of doing such, is by making everyone's favourite clown, two-faced.
Would he have to use another USB to do that? Probably! But he could speak to Liz again, expect this time she was brainwashed into obedience. Still, he could speak to Liz again.
