They literally are staring in each other's eyes and are so close to kissing but then....

Walker walks in and dramatically sits on the bed, making Gavin fall and hit his head

Piper takes on the doohickey that's supposed to be helping her breathe and runs to Gavin

" Gav, a-are you o-o... Okay..? " She struggling to breath since she took the thing off of her. " Piper, what are you doing. You need to put the thing back on. " She looks him in the eye and slowly grabs his hand. Walker's scrolling on TikTok with his airpods in. Piper looks Gavin in his eyes and grips onto his hand. " Tell me where it hurts Gav. " He slightly laughs. " Sweetie, don't worry about me right now. Let's worry about you. " Gavin picks her up and lays her back on the bed. He can hear her struggling to breathe and she grabs his arm and looks at him. He hooks her back up to the the doohickey. " I love you Gav. " He smiles. " I love you too Pipes. "
He looks over to Ellie. " And I love you too Big head. " She smiles.
" Love you both. " Piper responds to Ellie with, " I love you too. "

" So we're just handing out ' I love yous '. Gavin says as he slightly laughs. Piper taps Walker's shoulder and he pauses his TikTok.
" I love you babe. " He looks back at his phone and unpauses his TikTok. Gavin is getting angry and Piper can tell. " Don't do it Gav."
" Do what? I don't know what your talking about. " He says while slowly making a fist. " Gavin, I know you.. and I don't want you to do anything st- " Before she can finish talking Gavin yanks Walker's airpod put of his ear and starts yelling. " Excuse you b*tch, she said I love you. " Walker laughs. " What? Do you want me to care? " Walker stands up and sticks his hand out. " Anyways I gotta go. Piper, give me my soccer tickets. " Piper plays with her hands.
" I don't have them. " Walker quickly gets upset. " B*tch you lost my tickets. " Gavin quickly gets up to defend Piper. " Watch your mouth talking to her like that! " Walker gets in Gavin's face. " What are you gonna do about it. " Gavin and Walker both take off their shirts. Walker takes the first punch and Piper starts crying. " Walker leave him alone! " Walker walks up to Piper and she flinches and covers her face. Gavin pushes Walker away from her. " You don't have to be scared, okay? " She nods her head. Walker tries to to hit Gavin but Ellie walks in with security. They take Walker and Gavin.
" Gav! Come back! " Piper starts to cry. Ellie grabs her hand.
" I'll go get Gavin. They were only supposed to take Walker.

Ellie walks out

About two minutes after she left the room Piper sniffles then sees Gavin standing at the door

" Did you miss me? " She smiles while still crying. " Of course. "
He walks over to her and sits on the bed. " Where's Ellie? "
" She went to find you. " He lays down. " Well, I guess it's just me and you. She puts her hand on his face. " Thank you for protecting me Gav. " He smiles. " Always. " She starts to giggle.

Gavin's POV

She is just so adorable when
she laughs. But I wonder why
she's laughing

" Piper, why are you laughing? " She looks at him and laughs one more time. " I didn't lose the tickets. I just feel like he was being so rude to you, he didn't deserve to go. But you can go with me. Ellie doesn't like soccer." He laughs. " I don't like soccer either. " She puts her head down, a little disappointed. " Oh.. okay. " He lifts her head up. " You didn't let me finish. I don't like soccer, buuuut... "
He gets closer to her face which causes her to blush a little.
" I'd do anything for you Piper Rockelle. " She holds his face and kisses his cheek. " You are so cute Garvie. " He smiles.
" You're cuter. "

" I can't wait to leave this hospital Gav. It's so boring here. "
" I'll go get the doctor. " He gets up and she grabs his hand.
He looks at her. " Gavin please don't leave me. " He walks back up to her and kisses her hand which makes her smile and blush so hard. " You think I'm gonna leave you? " He kisses her hand again.
" I will never ever leave you, okay? I'll be right back. I promise. "
" Okay. " He hugs her tight then walks towards the door. Before he can leave she says one more thing... " I love you Gav. " He looks back and smiles. " I love you too my angel. "
