They walked inside the gloomy looking white room, and looked at their front.. seeing Jungkook's grandma glancing towards the window, taking in the little light that escaped the shades.
Unaware of the presence of people, she got startled.. when a soft, yet bigger hand than her's.. held her hand, and softly stroke and squeezed it to let her know their presence.
She immediately looked around and a smile as quickly as that, formed on her lips.
There, in front of her was her little Taetae with tears streaming down his angelic face.. while her grandson, Jungkook stood behind the little boy.. patting his shoulder.
She smiled bright, as much as she could in this situation and held her hand forward to caresse the younger's cheeks.
Taehyung leaned forward, and sighed at the warm sensation.. a small smile appearing on his tiny lips.
"Are you okay grandma? " Tae spoke in a soft voice, caressing her hands.
"I got s-so worried grandma ~"
"Tae bear, look at me... look, I'm fine.. completely fine and that too because of you, hmm? So why are you worried bear.. shhh, don't cry my baby"
Jungkook's grandma said, smiling softly.
Tae nodded with a little pout, but nonetheless smiled.. not wanting to continue the topic, since that she's fine.
Jungkook smiled at that, and squeezed Taehyung's shoulder.. unknowingly sending shivers down the baby's spine.
Tae looked up to meet the eyes of the man, standing tall near him.. and smiled a shy smile, looking away instantly.. also unaware of the redness that popped up in his ears.
When Jungkook's gaze fell up on the younger's eyes, he felt something.. he didn't know what, and let it slide... probably admiring the younger's cuteness, cause why not... everyone's is amazed by the younger's cute and soft nature.
Also he was guilty of what he did earlier, so named the sudden feeling as a mere cute gesture for the happy little bean..
But little did they know that their subtle unintentional actions were observed by two persons present in the room.
One with a happy smile, while the other with a sad smile.
"Are you gonna stand there and not acknowledge your bestfriend's well-being?"
Jungkook's grandma said in a fake angry manner to her bestfriend, who hurriedly walked up to her with Yoongi and Hoseok following behind with a relaxed smile.
Taehyung smiled and got up from the stool, letting his grandma sit at the same place. He walked over and stood beside Jungkook.. a little behind to have a look at the man in front.
He looked up to see the man's side profile, who was smiling at the interaction of their grandmas... and a red shade crept to his cheeks, unknowingly.

But suddenly Jungkook looked down, directly at Taehyung's eyes.. taking him aback by the sudden eye contact, and he couldn't help but feel his cheeks burning.
Hoseok, who was standing at the other side of Taehyung... felt a sharp pain in his heart, and couldn't help but feel a tinge of jealousy creeping in his heart.
He turned around, and glanced at the younger's cheeks and asked,
"Tae, are you okay? why are you so red.. do you feel sick?" Hoseok said, placing his hands on the younger's shoulder.
This made Tae to jolt, and stutter. "Y-yea hyung.. I'm all good"
He said with a shy smile, though the shyness was not for Hoseok.. and the latter knew it completely.
Hoseok just nodded, and tried to give his full attention to the two bestfriends in front of them, ignoring the slight disappointment of his heart at its best.
Meanwhile, Taehyung looked up to see the older man.. but to his disappointment, he wasn't looking at him anymore rather smiling at their grandma's conversation. But he smiled nonetheless, and also moved forward to be a part of their happy topic.
After a while, Jungkook excused himself from the happy discussion and also led Taehyung to follow him.. for some important talk.
Jungkook's grandma gave him a glance, and he nodded his head in assurance that everything's fine.. and came forward to whisper in her ear, 'Will tell you later, now get some rest and cheer yourself'.
With that, both the boys came out of the cabin and falls into a pit of awkwardness.
While Taehyung was hell nervous about the whole important talk, Jungkook decided to break the ice and spoke,
"Hey Tae, let's go to the hospital cafeteria.. we can sit and have the proper discussion"
Though Jungkook said it to lighten the surrounding, this made Taehyung even more worried than he was.. but anyway nodded at the older's words.
They walked down the stairs to the ground floor, and took the left corridor to reach the end of which is leading to the cafeteria.
They took a table and Taehyung took a seat, while Jungkook went to the counter to give their order.
He came back and sat down at the opposite side of the table, and folded his arms in front of him..
Taehyung looked up from the table to meet the eyes of the older, and gave a small smile.. didn't know what to do.
The older returned the smile, and leaned on the table to start the topic.
