Boo (part 2)

*Mentions of suicide and probably ghosts. Killing too.*

They were standing in front of the most haunted house in the city. Now nobody had ever actually given concrete proof about the house being haunted but either way the stories were scary.

Like any other haunted house it had it's different stories but the one that everyone knew was "the crazy old man." According to legend a man had lived with his wife and two kids but all of a sudden he went into some kind of maniac episode and killed them. He didn't come out of his house after that.

Apparently he'd locked his family's souls as well so they couldn't move one to the after life. So he stayed with their souls until one day he decided to join them and hung himself.

No one knew about it till his neighbour reported about an odd smell coming from his house. But as the story goes he still stays there with his family crying to be set free.

Taehyung was not very excited about this but everyone else seemed chill. Yoongi was being Yoongi. Jimin was trying to get Jungkook's attention. Namjin were in thier own world and Hoseok and Bugyuoem were just being awkward.

"Okay everyone let's get this over with and we can all move on with our lives." Jungkook said gesturing to the fence. Very old and scary looking fence by the way.

"Okay, Hobi cameras ready?" Namjoon asked Hoseok who was already setting up the camera.
"Yup."

"Just remember Tae. Anytime." Jimin said and rushed back to Jungkook's side.

Taehyung sighed and looked up at the huge house. It was going to be a long night.

Everyone had a flash light as they walked into the house. Floors creaking and cobwebs everywhere. The dust an added bonus.

The ground floor was the living room and kitchen. Pretty much like a normal house except creepy and abandoned. There was a grand father clock in the middle of the room with an armchair right next to it. Apart from a few stools those were the only pieces of furniture left on that floor.

"So much for haunted. Looks just like any other abandoned house." Hoseok said still keeping the camera in position.

"Well most scary things don't happen on the ground floor. Think about it, too easy to run away." Bugyeom said with a wet smile.

"Yah! You're scaring Taehyung!" Jin said holding Taehyung close.
"N-no he's not. It's fine." Taehyung said regretting coming and thinking of all the better less scary things that could be happening at a normal Halloween party.

Jin nodded at Taehyung and patted his head before walking back to Namjoon.

"If it gets too scary we can always leave. Or you could hold my hand." Yoongi said the second part with a small smirk but a soft look in his eyes regardless.

"I'll be fine. I'm not a baby." But a small squeak just had to come out from Taehyung right after those words. Courtesy of Namjoon breaking a stool.

"Come on, let's go up stairs." Jungkook said and led the way.

To be honest. Jimin was scared too but Jungkook was there leading the way. Hot as ever and everyone else seemed okay so he just went with it.

Everyone went up the stairs to where the rooms are. The rooms weren't of much interest. Dust covered sheets and creaking floors. Doors going off thier hinges and the armchair.

The armchair that Taehyung was sure had been in the living room a few minutes ago.

"Wasn't that armchair in the living room just now?" Taehyung asked Yoongi.

Yoongi turned and looked at it.
"I guess they just really liked armchairs. Don't think about it too much Tae." Yoongi said patting Taehyung's shoulder.

Taehyung nodded and took a deep breath. Nothing here. Just a normal, abandoned but normal house. Taehyung reassured himself and decided that sticking close to Yoongi would be the best option. At least he wouldn't be alone.

"Guys look. I think this is a game room or something." Jimin said when he rounded a corner and found a large room with a shelf with some books and what looked like a tennis table in it. A ball in a corner and some golfing gear.

Apparently this family had liked balls a lot. But they was also a door in the room. The shelf covered about half of it making it look like someone had been either trying to open it or trying to hide it.

"Oh secret room maybe? Let's check it out." Namjoon said
"You know we've searched a lot already can't we just leave now. This place is giving me the creeps." Jin said  crossing his arms.

"Come on Jin. We've already come this far. Might as well just check it out then leave." Namjoon said.
"Fine but we leave after that okay?" Jin said looking a teeny bit scared.

Taehyung was glad he wasn't the only one who had a bad feeling about the place. He didn't even want to go into the room but he didn't want to stay out alone either. Going back to the van alone wasn't an option either. Infact anything involving alone was out of the question.

Namjoon and Yoongi moved the shelf while the others went in. Of course Hoseok's camera still filming everything.

The room was weird to say to say the least. Because there was nothing in it. Just the armchair.
