The scene shows the four Ultras in the room questioning as to what Hikari told them.
Matrix,Taiga and Mebius: Knight Brace Crystal?
Hikari: Indeed. I should've told you about how I made that Knight Brace.
*Flashback to a couple of months ago*
Hikari: I was trying to find a perfect source of energy input and output for Matrix's Knight Brace which was mostly complete at the time
Flashback scene shows Hikari looking around his lab looking for the right item to be put in the Knight Brace.
Flashback Hikari: Hmm, I don't think I can find anything that will suit it. Maybe it's best if I made a different item for the kid.
Then a familiar figure appear in Hikari's lab.
???: Hikari, I bought these items you requested.
Hikari then looks at the entrance door to find another blue Ultra delivering some equipment for him.
Flashback Hikari: Ah, Phyllis. Thanks for delivering them.
(I'm sure if you watched Taiga's voice drama, you'd know who Phyllis is.)
Flashback Phyllis: No problem
By the way, you seemed troubled. Anything wrong?
Flashback Hikari: Uh, no. It's just, I'm looking for a perfect energy input and output to make a device for a friend's student.
Flashback Phyllis: Hmm? Someone in the IGDF? Interesting. Hmm, maybe you could check the Ultra Archives. Down at the energy vault section. There's bound to be something there that could work.
Flashback Hikari: Hmm...
*Scene cuts to Hikari in the Ultra Archives Energy Vault Section where he looks around the place seeing all types of energy outputs, inputs, converters and even some stabilizers*
Flashback Hikari: Hmm, none of these will do. Maybe this one?
He then notices, around the back of a shelf, a faint glow can be seen. He then takes a look only to find the source of the faint light to be unde a couple of containers.
Out of curiosity, he moves all of the containers aside to find a weird see through pod which container a glowing crystal which he'd never seen before.
Flashback Hikari: This is weird, shouldn't this be in some treasure vault?
He takes a closer look at that crystal sensing a mysterious energy aura to it which made him feel like it would be a perfect energy input for the Knight Brace.
Flashback Hikari: This'll have to do. I'll have to scan this and hope there aren't any weird side effects.
Cut back to Hikari's lab, he examines the crystal only to find weird faint symbols hidden on it. He sees approximately 6 symbols in which he isn't able to make it out what it looks like.
He then decides to look into one of the old Ultra ancient history books which dates back to a long time even when the Ultras in the Land Of Light were still human.
He did find a page containing some info on the crystal which read a weird text which is not Land of Light language. He was able to find one word that was similar to the Ultra's language and it roughly translates "Elemental".
