YueMei and Lu SiCheng have arrived at ZGDX headquarters. Cheng just wants to drop them off so he takes them to the office and then leaves.
They wait there for the parents to come in the room. Lu Yue walks closer to Luo Mei and holds onto her.
Lu Yue- Baby, you're trembling.
Luo Mei- I can't help it.
Lu Yue- I'm here. Everything's going to be okay.
Soon his parents come in.
Mrs. Lu- I never knew you two were this close.
Mr. Lu- I knew our son was in love with Luo Mei.
Lu Yue- You did?
Mr. Lu- Of course. I watched you fall in love with Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- Pa.
Mrs. Lu- You both come sit.
They go and sit down. Luo Mei sits really close next to Lu Yue.
Luo Mei- You're really okay with this?
Mrs. Lu- Definitely. Your mother and I did betrothed you both.
Mr. Lu- You've always been our daughter, Mei. We love having two daughters.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue and I were kind of always this close. (she looks at Lu Yue)
Lu Yue- You can do it. I'm here.
She looks back at the parents.
Mrs. Lu- What do you mean exactly?
Luo Mei- Every second Lu Yue and I spend time together the more we got closer and it soon lead up to this happening.
Mr. Lu- Sweetheart, what are you saying?
Luo Mei- Before I went away to ballet school Lu Yue and I were secretly dating...
She goes to tell them everything and everything.
Mrs. Lu- You did the right thing.
Luo Mei- What? Why are you saying that?
Mr. Lu- You came back to make things right. To fix things.
Luo Mei- I'm not the victim.
Mrs. Lu- We understand that you had to do that at the time.
Luo Mei- But... But... I hurt Lu Yue. How could I fix that?
Mr. Lu- By coming back and seeing if he'll forgive you.
Luo Mei- I...
Mrs. Lu- And you explain to him why you had to leave.
Lu Yue- Baby, I know you didn't mean to break my heart.
Luo Mei- (she looks at Lu Yue) It broke my heart, breaking yours. I don't know why you even forgave me.
Lu Yue- Because you told me the truth. It was never your intention to break my heart. I know that.
Luo Mei- I don't deserve you.
Lu Yue- Nonsense.
Mrs. Lu- Luo Mei, sweetheart. You deserve Lu Yue. What happened was something you didn't know what to do.
Luo Mei- (she looks at her) I could of done it a different way.
Mrs. Lu- Well, what's done is done. And that is not now. Hearts have been healed and there's been forgiveness.
Luo Mei- You really think this way??
Mrs. Lu- Yes. You've always been like a daughter to us and always will be, nothing can change that.
Luo Mei- Are you saying you're taking my side over Lu Yue's? I'm not you're real daughter, you know? You have Soyeon.
Mr. Lu- You're our daughter as well. Which we hope you become our daughter-in-law.
Luo Mei- Can I be? I do want to marry Lu Yue.
Mrs. Lu- In our eyes, you already are. We've talked about this.
Luo Mei- I love you both so much.
Mrs. Lu- We love you.
The parents go to sit on either side of Luo Mei. It kind pushes Lu Yue away and he stands up. The attention they give Luo Mei starts to make Lu Yue kind of frustrated and jealous.
Lu Yue- Ma? Pa?
Luo Mei- Handsome, what's wrong? Are you getting jealous?
Mrs. Lu- He's cute when he's jealous.
Luo Mei- No. He's adorable.
She stands up, goes to wrap her arms around Lu Yue's waist, and holds onto him. He holds her back.
Lu Yue- She's mine. Stop hogging her. No more smothering either.
Mrs. Lu- Son, you need to learn to share her.
Lu Yue- No.
Luo Mei- Hey, watch what you say to him.
Mr. Lu- Now I see it.
Luo Mei- What?
Mr. Lu- No wonder Lu Yue fell in love with you.
Lu Yue- You should of seen her with my blind date.
Mr. Lu- Luo Mei, what did you do?
Luo Mei- I told her to back off, Lu Yue's MINE.
Lu Yue- She got aggressive. She means business when it comes to me.
Mr. Lu- I can see.
Mrs. Lu- Luo Mei was originally supposed to be your blind date.
They say at the same time.
Luo Mei- Really?
Lu Yue- Really?
Mrs. Lu- Yes. I was planning on setting you two up but at the last minute I got told into having Su Luo be your blind date. I didn't want to be rude so I let Su Luo be your blind date.
Luo Mei- You know the real reason Lu Yue didn't want you setting him on blind dates...
Mrs. Lu- Because you two are together and wasn't ready to tell us.
Luo Mei- Yes. I thought I'd lose you both if you knew the truth.
Mrs. Lu- You don't want to lose us?
Luo Mei- No. You're like my second parents and pa was basically my father growing up. With my own father always away.
Mr. Lu- Yue, are you going to ask Shen for Mei's hand in marriage?
Lu Yue- What? I can't say I did.
YueMei soon ens up leaving. They walk to the elevator and get on. Luo Mei goes to hold onto Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- See. You didn't lose them.
Luo Mei- Why does everyone act like I'm the victim? I am not.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei, they're looking at it as a mistake you made and that it's in the past, it doesn't matter anymore.
Luo Mei- It was the biggest mistake I ever made.
Lu Yue- Don't worry about it anymore. I don't like seeing you like this. Now, didn't I promise you something?
Luo Mei- You did? Does baby boy want me?
Lu Yue- You have to say it in that voice?
   The elevator opens and Luo Mei slips away from him. She runs into Yang Lian. She steps back and Lu Yue catches her.
Luo Mei- Sister.
Yang Lian- How did it go?
God Ming- You didn't lose them did you?
Luo Mei- No. And can we please not double date today? Brother, you've been hogging Lu Yue, spending more time with him than I get. I want my alone time with handsome.
Yang Lian- We're go back to the base. After we eat. You both skipped breakfast.
Luo Mei- Who said we did?
Lu Yue- Luo Mei?!
Yang Lian- I know what she means. Lets go.
Luo Mei- Fine. Ming, you better not steal Lu Yue from me. He has a girlfriend to spend time with.
God Ming- I thought you were his wife.
Luo Mei- You sound like Lu Yue.
They get into the car and head off. They go to a restaurant and go in a private room. MingLian are keeping YueMei a long while.
Luo Mei gets up and walks off to the restroom. She goes to stand up at the counter. Someone comes up behind her and puts both hands on the counter.
Lu Yue- (he talks in her ear) You're missing me.
Luo Mei- I want... I want naughty Yue Yue. I miss him.
Lu Yue- (he talks in her ear more) Maybe he'll come out when we're back at the base.
Luo Mei- Why then?
Lu Yue- Why would we do it here?
Luo Mei- (she turns around, looks at him, & strokes his hair to the side) You can't at least kiss me?
Lu Yue- Where?
Luo Mei- Lu Yue?!
Lu Yue- You said you wanted naughty Yue Yue.
Luo Mei- I did but...
Lu Yue- Where do you want me to kiss you?
Luo Mei- You know where? Stop doing that.
He goes to kiss her on the lips. While they're kissing, he picks her up, and puts her on the counter. A few minutes later someone walks in while they're still making out.
Yang Lian- I knew it. Lu Yue followed Luo Mei to the restroom. Come on, I'll take you guys back to the base.
Luo Mei- (she pushes Lu Yue away) Really?
Lu Yue- Hey!
    Luo Mei pushes Lu Yue, gets off the counter and walks up to Yang Lian.
Luo Mei- Let's go than.
Lu Yue follows after her and they all end up leaving the restaurant. Yang Lian drops YueMei off at the base and her and God Ming go back to her place.
YueMei walk into the mansion. After they change into their shoes Lu Yue tells Luo Mei that he needs to make a few phone calls and to wait for him in his room.
Luo Mei- Please don't take long.
Lu Yue- I'll try not to. Play with Chocolate Chip while you wait for me.
Luo Mei- Okay. I love you.
Lu Yue- I love you.
They go separate ways. Luo Mei goes to Lu Yue's room with Chocolate Chip in her arms. She goes to sit on the bed. She ends up sitting there for a while because Lu Yue takes longer than expected.
Soon after Lu Yue's phone calls he comes up to his room. He walks in and sees Luo Mei's back facing the door. She hears him close the door. He goes to her.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- You took too long. I felt like all I got was Qiǎokèlì piàn's attention.
Lu Yue- I'm sorry. I didn't mean for the phone calls to take long.
Luo Mei- Forget what we were going to do. I'm not in the mood anymore.
She gets up off the bed with Chocolate Chip in her arms, slips into her slippers, and walks out the room. He stops her at the bottom of the stairs.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- (she sees Lu Soyeon) Sister Soyeon? Brother Shi?
Lu Soyeon- Sister.
Chuxi Shi- Hello cousin.
Luo Mei- What are you two doing here?
Lu Soyeon- We came to visit. Lets go talk.
Luo Mei- You and I?
Lu Soyeon- Yes. Your room. Show me the way.
Luo Mei- Okay. (she goes to walk up the stairs)
Lu Soyeon- (she follows Luo Mei) Hello brother.
Lu Yue- Hi little sister. I missed you.
Lu Soyeon- I missed you.
She catches up with Luo Mei and they walk into her room. They go to sit on the bed.
Lu Soyeon- Sister, something's wrong. I could feel when I first saw you. What's wrong? Did my brother do something?
Luo Mei- He took too long making phone calls and it made me not in the mood anymore.
Lu Soyeon- What do you mean? Wait, you and my brother don't... do you?
Luo Mei- No. No. I didn't mean that. Him and God Ming have been spending a lot time together and it's really been making me miss his touch.
Lu Soyeon- Oh.
Luo Mei- He knows that I'm not in the mood so I know he's not going to touch me. Ugh, I'm sorry. Your his sister. I don't know...
Lu Soyeon- Luo Mei, it's okay.
Luo Mei- I'm getting a sense you know how Lu Yue and I are.
Lu Soyeon- Because I knew you two were together for the first time.
Luo Mei- What?
Lu Soyeon- I didn't know exactly when you first started dating, I found out later on. I never said anything because I thought you guys didn't want to tell anyone.
Luo Mei- We didn't. You know.
Lu Soyeon- You know how I feel about you and my brother being together.
Luo Mei- The whole Lu family loves me like their own, you guys always have. I never really thought you would disapprove.
Lu Soyeon- In my eyes, you were always like a sister to me. Also, I may have been young but I've known.
Luo Mei- Known what?
Lu Soyeon- How you and my brother feel about each other. What did my parents say?
Luo Mei- They're happy about it. They want me to be their daughter-in-law.
Lu Soyeon- I remember you telling me our mothers betrothed you and my brother. Yet, I was told by my mother that they did it when you weren't even born yet.
Luo Mei- Really?
Lu Soyeon- Yeah. Its true. Oh yeah. Has he asked you yet?
Luo Mei- We have had a picnic under the cherry blossoms a few days ago. I thought he was going to ask me then but he didn't.
Lu Soyeon- Oh. Maybe it wasn't the right time.
Luo Mei- By now I don't care how, where, or when he asks me, I just want him to ask me.
Lu Soyeon- You can't spect it to happen when you want it to.
Luo Mei- I know. (looks at the door)
Lu Soyeon- You're missing my brother?
Luo Mei- What? (she looks back at her)
Lu Soyeon- I can talk to my brother and make him—
Luo Mei- No!
Lu Soyeon- You really seem upset.
Luo Mei- I'm not.
Lu Soyeon- My brother has better not done anything to upset you like this. I'll have a serious talk with him.
Luo Mei- No! Don't you dare scold Lu Yue?!
Lu Soyeon- Why not? I'll call him now.
Luo Mei- Soyeon, no?!
Lu Soyeon- (she dials Lu Yue's number) It's too late.
Lu Yue- Hello.
Lu Soyeon- What have you done to Luo Mei to make her so upset? Wait, are you keeping something from her? Luo Mei told me there was something you couldn't tell her.
Lu Yue- I didn't do anything to her.
Lu Soyeon- Tell her what ever it is!
Lu Yue- I can't now.
Lu Soyeon- Tell her.
Lu Yue- You can't tell me what to do. I'm not listening to you.
Lu Soyeon- Luo Mei says you need to tell her.
Lu Yue- No she didn't. You have me on speaker.
Lu Soyeon- No I don't.
Lu Yue- Yes, you do. I can hear Luo Mei breathing.
Lu Soyeon- How...
Lu Yue- I know the sound of her breathing.
Lu Soyeon- What is wrong with you? Treating Luo Mei like this.
Luo Mei- That's it! The call is ending.
She hangs up the phone call.
Lu Soyeon- Luo Mei, what's wrong?
Luo Mei- I don't like the way you're talking to Lu Yue.
Lu Soyeon- Why are you being protective over my brother like this?
Luo Mei- You have no idea what I went through growing up, it nearly scared me to death. Don't let me catch you scolding Lu Yue, I mean it.
   The whole rest of the day Luo Mei spends time with Lu Soyeon. She even ends up sleeping in her own bed that night but she couldn't get herself to fall asleep.
   She tosses and turns to get comfortable so she can fall asleep but nothing works so she goes to pick up Chocolate Chip holds him to her, gets out of bed, and walks out.
