𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟵 | 𝗔 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

The week had gone by quite quickly for the group. Some days seemingly slower than others. Today, Friday the fourth of October, was one one of the slower days.

       "You are all dismissed to go home! I have all your tests and should have your grades when you come back Monday! And feel free to take some candy from the jack-o-lantern by my desk before you go!" Miss Oz spoke kindly. Her dark green dress flowed around her as the students ran towards the door.

       "About time! Honestly Fridays are the longest days ever." Cassidy sighed as he grabbed a package of Skittles from Miss Oz's bucket of candy.

       "Yeah but that's just because everyone wanted the day to end." Amy sighed as she cracked her neck before grabbing a KitKat bar from the bucket.

        "I'm just happy that we're done for the week and I can bask in the fact I'm gonna be home alone all month. Thank you father and your need to attend the All Hallows Eve festivities in Hell!" Sin laughed as they grabbed a Chocolate bar from the bucket.

         The trio talked and laughed as they made their way towards The Gateway. It was only the trio walking today as Finn left early due to his mother making a visit home from where she was stationed and Flare wanted to take Fenrir out on a date and decided to skip school for the day.

        Once the trio reached The Gateway, they put on their rings and walked towards Sin's gray car parked on the side of the road. Sin usually didn't drive as they could use magic or walk but they and the group loved going for a drive here and there.

         "So, anywhere specific you guys wanna go?" Sin asked as they used the key fob to unlock the doors.

        "The old dirt road that no one uses. It goes on for a while and it's perfect to see all the leaves. And it goes through the woods." Amy stated her opinion. The other two nodded in approval as they opened the car doors.

       Sin got into the driver's seat, Amy got into the passenger seat, and Cassidy sat in the back seat. They all usually sat in the same seats as Sin loved driving and being able to make sure the drives were safe, Amy loved being up front and being able to pick the music, and Cassidy loved the freedom and room that the backseat provided.

        Once Sin started the car and the group had their seatbelts on, they pulled onto the road and started their drive. Once they started moving, Amy had connected her phone to the stereo and started playing music.

          "Ay dios mío." Cassidy sighed with a slight laugh and a face palm as the first song to come up was Unholy by Sam Smith. (Spanish = Oh my God)

         "What? You can't deny it's a good song! And it's catchy!" Amy smiled widely as she turned her head to look at Cassidy from over her shoulder. Cassidy and Sin just laughed as they started to sing along.

        Before they went on their drive down the dirt road, they stopped at a fast food place and grabbed some fries and drinks so they didn't have to worry about it when they got far down the road.

          "Sin, you're the one driving. I'm paying and that's that." Amy stated sternly as she pulled out her wallet.

         This was a regular occurrence with the group. Whenever they stopped to get something to eat or went out to do anything, it was always an argument on who paid.
