Chapter 2

Maria
I wake up in the middle of the night having no memory what so ever,after I drifted off into sleep I don't know what happend next,but I can only imagine Natasha carrying me in her arms

I wanted to be in her arms so bad right now,I look at the clock on the bedside table reading it was two am

I couldn't sleep then again,I was also very cold and the duvet wasn't helping me at all,I had an idea.

I walk to my door and head out I walk across,and knock on her door

One knock
Two knocks
Three knocks

And finally the door opens with a very tired Nat  behind it she was rubbing her eyes she looked adorable"yeah Nat I'm sorry I woke you up"i say I felt bad for disturbing her slumber"no it's okay"her raspy voice said,you could hear her accent when she's either very tired or just woken up

"I was  wondering If I could lay with you....of course if you don't want to I .can go back to my room its just its really cold tonight and the covers aint helping"i say quickly,instead of the reaction I got was her pulling me in her room

She brought me to her bed and layed me down,she then hopped in next to me and wrapped her arms around me,I placed my head on her chest as i slowly started to drift off into a deep slumber.

Natasha
I wake up to feeling something soft under me,I quickly realize that I'm half on top of Maria and other half on the bed,I gently tried to move back down  but her arm wrapped around me and held me down

I had no choice to give in knowing that if I make one wrong move it could wake her up,she deserves some sleep after staying at shield the hole day,I quickly glance at the clock on the bedside table It read six am,it was still early

So I tried to get back to sleep eventually it worked,I woke up around twelve thirty only to see Maria peacefully asleep,we had deffenetly slept in

Her hand was not on me holding me down so I slide back down,and burry my face into her side,the light was deffinetly blinding me

After a few minutes Maria started to wake up,she shifted so my head was in her chest,I looked up at her"hey good morning"i said as I kiss her chin"goodmorning"she says as she smiles down at me

"We beter get up it's passed twelve thirty"i say as I began to get up,I heard Maria groan and then got up"i suprised nobody even came to wake us up"she says as she rubs her eyes "well they all went on a mission and won't be back in a week,so we got the compound all to ourselves"i say as I smirk at her

"Yes finally peace at last"she says "Hey im going to go get ready"she says as she get out the door I nod,and went to also get ready

I picked a pair of black jeans,and a grey shirt that I tucked inside(her outfit from endgame where Clint came back from testing the quantum tunnel)

I went into the shower the cold feeling of cold water running down my back felt so relaxing,when I got done I brushed my teeth and got dressed  I put on a dark shade of lipstick I got out of my room and went to go check on Maria

I knocked two times before she opend it,she was in her towel "yeah"she asked me holding the towel with one hand and the other hand holding up her hair Not quite sure how she managed to get the door opend

"Hey just wanted to check up on you"i say she lets me in,I lay on her bed as she walks back to her closet,I can't help but imagine what's under the towel

No! Nat,I can't think like this she was my coworker goodness,at a point Maria came out of the bathroom in a blue jeans and a black top she smiled at me before sitting next to me on her bed"want me to make you breakfast?"she asks me I never knew she could cook,yet again she's Maria
