The harem members will be Blake, Neo, Velvet, and Weiss! Neo will come later in the book but the other 3 will come along much faster.
Each of the members will have thing's that helps them understand and love Ruby, some may be obvious others will not.

The first rays of dawn came through the window of team Ruby's window, the soft glimmering red light snaked it's way to where Ruby slept in pain, her body was starting to evolve majorly as she slept once again.
Ruby's silver eyes flew open as she started to scream in pain from the evolution she was having, waking up the rest of her team as she screamed bloody murder into the morning air.
"AAAAAARGHAAA" Ruby rolled onto her left side and started to cough black blood from her mouth, her throat was reinforcing its second layer that helped with her atomic breath.
Ruby then felt her chest rock and shake as her two lung's separated into four lung's, grey colored blood came out of mouth as her lung's nearly ruptured from the forceful separation they were undergoing. Blake, Weiss, and Yang rushed to Ruby's side as she spit tainted blood out of her mouth in large amount's, Ruby's body shook and contorted in ways that were extremely unnatural for a semi human body.
"RUBY!" All three girl's held Ruby down as she screamed and shook from her sudden evolution, Blake and Weiss clung onto Ruby as she thrashed in the bed from the pain, Yang pulled Ruby's head into her chest as she tried to calm Ruby down the best she could.
"AAAAARGHHHAAAA" Ruby gave one last thrashing shake and slumped down onto the bed exhausted, tainted black and grey blood covered the bed in mixes of ghastly color and covered the three girl's slightly as well.
"Ruby are you alright?!" Weiss clung to Ruby as Ruby softly smiled at her team as they worried for her, she breath in a big gulp of fresh air into her now four numbered lung's.
"I'm okay now guys, I now got four lung's instead of two now... man that fucking hurt!" Ruby slowly sat up as she breathed air into her lung's to get rid of her lightheadedness.
Ruby stood up from her bed as she nearly fell over onto the floor, Blake rushed forward to help Ruby stand up as Ruby chuckled a bit at her situation.
"Thanks Blake, I need to get in the bathroom so I can get a bath for today's classes, maybe later today I might go swim in the ocean for a while to test out my lungs and gill's." Blake lead Ruby to the bathroom door and Ruby shut the door once inside, Weiss felt her guilt at her hand in Ruby's fate appear again with a even greater weight than before.
"Girl's we need to strip like right now! Ruby's blood is radioactive and we will get sick from it!" Yang threw her shirt off her body and took off her shorts to get rid of Ruby's blood on her, Blake and Weiss hurriedly did the same as they stripped down into their undergarment's to avoid getting sick.
Blake went into the laundry room their dorm had and threw the clothes/sheets into the wash, it would have to work until Ruby could reabsorb the atomic energy on them. They heard the bath/shower stop running as Ruby hit her head on the shower doorframe.
"OW, godsdammit again with this?!" Ruby opened the door to the bathroom in a slightly damp towel and soon saw her teammates still in their undergarment's. Ruby's face went beet red as her futa hormones went into full overload with a heavy nosebleed on her face, she held her hands in front of her face and rushed back into the bathroom.
