luke sat next to michael's hospital bed and just held his hand.
luke wishes that he had stayed with michael that night instead of letting him leave.
even though michael was in a coma, luke still shared his earphones him and let the sounds of Sum41 fill the empty hole in his heart.
the doctor strolled in and checked michael's vitals. his expression changed and his eyes sparkled with happiness.
"luke" he said,
"yeah?"
"he's getting better."
