luke slipped past the doors of michael's room to find his boyfriend eating hungrily.
luke walked up to him slowly and held something out for michael to grab.
"oh my gosh you brought me mcdonalds." michael said as he snatched the bag out of luke's hand.
"well i couldn't watch you suffer from crappy hospital food. That would make me a shitty boyfriend." luke told him before sitting down on the tattered chair.
michael moved over as far as he could without slipping off of the small hospital bed and patted the spot next to him.
luke stood up and slid into the bed and cuddled up next his kitten.(a/n: not misty lmao)
michael gently stroked luke's hair as luke's hands gripped onto michael's hospital gown tightly, almost as if he let go, michael would disappear too.
"when you get out of here, i have stuff to give you." Luke said and he nuzzled his head further into michael's chest.
the room was almost silent. all they could hear was their breathing and the occasional crunch from michael.
