I like you. || PART ONE.

VANCE
    Bruce and I had both fallen asleep holding onto each other. I couldn't help but smile remembering how he hugged me. By the time I had woken up it was 8, luckily, we didn't have school for a while because of the kidnappings. Bruce was still asleep, thankfully I didn't wake him. I had fallen asleep on him while his hands were around my waist holding me. I looked at his face and admired him for a while before deciding to get up. I tried to get out of his grip until a voice called my name. "vance..." Someone called in a low voice, it was Bruce. "Hm?" I hummed trying not to make to much sound. "five more minutes please?" He whispered. "Okay." I whispered back, I laid back down next to him while my hands were around his waist this time. He had put his head on my shoulder and taken all the blanket but I didn't mind, as long as he slept well. About an hour or so past and luckily his parents didn't enter the room to see me and Bruce hugging each other while sleeping. I finally had woken up and decided to wake Bruce up, I shook him before calling his name, "Bruce, wake up." I whispered at him still shaking him, he finally began to open his eyes slowly and hummed at me, "Hm? Oh."
   He sat up on the bed in-front of me and flopped forward leaving his head on my shoulder. "I'm tired, Vance." I giggled, his voice was raspy and he did sound tired. "Cmon let's get up, I want to bring u somewhere." He quickly looked up and smiled, "okay!" He practically leapt out of the bed to his bathroom where he brushed his teeth and gave me a new tooth brush to use. He gave me a hoodie to wear and I wore my pants from yesterday while he wore a pair of baggy pants and an oversized shirt with a band I didn't recognize. His parents had gone out to work so I luckily didn't have to sneak out through the window. We went downstairs and decided we would go out to get some breakfast at a near by diner serving breakfast until late. It was a bit of a walk but we didn't mind it.
The sun was nice and bright shining on our face, people were mowing their lawns or were playing with their friends. As we continued to walk the side walk got a little thinner making Bruce and I closer to eachother then before. My hand brushed against his a couple of times but I didn't think much of it. We had talked about a couple of things like school work and what we were going to have. Soon it went silent, not awkward silence, comfortable silence. We continued to walk side by side, my hand brushed against his hand on accident. His were so soft, I wanted to hold them. After a few seconds Bruce's hand got closer to mines, he took my hand and intertwined his with mine. I couldn't help but smile at him, he smiled back at me. My cheeks glowed a light pink color as I looked back to the ground while continuing to walk. Gosh, Bruce seriously had me falling for him.
