December quickly approached and all the months between the wedding until now were a blur. I decided to leave my children with their father back home as I did not want to change up their routines if I didn't have to and moved in with Johnny. It was unusually cold for southern California, even by December standards. I was awoken on the early morning of December 10th with labor pains. I was nervous as I had two previous c-sections and wanted to have a natural birth this time. Johnny was by my side the entire time and at 12:41 p.m., we welcomed our son into the world. He was the most precious, most beautiful baby I'd ever seen. Dark hair like his father and stunning blue eyes like his mother. He had such a calm demeanor and we felt he most definitely was sent to both of us when he was supposed to be. "He's perfect." "Yes, he is. Here, hold him." I said as I lifted him up to Johnny. He had tears in his eyes as he cradled his son in his arms and kissed him on the head. "Hey buddy, I'm glad you're finally here. I can't make promises I won't screw up but I'm going to try my best not to. I love you, my little man." I had tears in my eyes as I watched the two loves of my lives share a bond that would never be broken. "What should we name him?" Johnny said looking at me. "Well, I've had a name in my mind for a while." "Oh yeah, what is it?" "Landen Alexander." "Huh, I like it! My little L J." I admit, I liked the nickname he picked out. "He's so beautiful and so are you. Thank you, my love, my sunflower." Johnny kissed me on the lips as our little L J cooed at us. "I love you." I said as I kissed Johnny. "I love you too" I said as I kissed our newborn ever so gently. We both went through this journey wondering "Could It Be?" For all the emotions we have experienced individually and together, for all the pain and happiness we shared, in the end we came together, and a beautiful thing brought us together, love. Love in all its forms and surprises, it all came together when it was meant to. "True love asks no questions, makes no reservations, but puts itself unconditionally into the hands of the loved one." -Paula Marshall

***Author's Note***

Thank you to everyone who have left me many wonderful comments and enjoyed this story. I truly enjoyed writing this for you all. I plan on writing another story in a few weeks for you all, titled, "Could It Be? - His Perspective" It will be based off this story but from Johnny's point of view, as this one was from Julie's point of view. I hope you will enjoy that one as I have many ideas for it! You will see some similarities but there will be differences too! I'm excited to start that for you but first I need to wrap up my final semester of college! But NO worries, I will be back with the brand-new story in a few weeks! Love to you all and thank you all once again from my heart, it is greatly appreciated!
