Looking at the full length mirror in the shared walk in closet, makes you cringe at the sight of your body getting visibly chubbier.
You were too distracted with your insecure thoughts that you didn't hear your husband walking towards the room. Seeing you visibly upset, looking at yourself in the mirror, he knows what's going through your mind. It wasn't the first time he noticed this.
"Baby... are you okay?" he finally asked.
"I'm gaining a lot of weight" you say truthfully, not trying to hide your thoughts.
"And?" Jungkook asked as he walked closer to you, wrapping his arm around your hip.
"It's ugly" you say.
"tch. Don't say that darling. You're not a single bit ugly. Who told you that hm?" he asked resting his head on your shoulder, placing a delicate kiss on your exposed skin.
"Me... My cheeks are getting rounder," you say.
"I love it, I wish I could just nom-nom your cheeks" he said actually nom-ing your cheeks making you giggle.
He then rubbed your obvious bump. 5 months carrying a baby inside you. It's obvious you would be gaining weight to carry another human inside you but you just didn't like how you looked.
"Baby... you look beautiful. You're the most gorgeous pregnant lady i've ever seen. And I really do mean it" he said.
"It's normal to gain weight during pregnancy. You're carrying another human inside of you. Even when you've gained weight, you look so damn beautiful and I can't stop admiring you, you know that" he said kissing your cheeks before turning you around to face him.
"Please, don't think of yourself that way again. No matter how you look, I love you for you. I fell in love with you for you not for your body, even though your body never fails to amaze me" he said.
You get all shy, smiling slightly at his compliment.
He squished your cheeks making your lips pucker.
"I love every single thing about you. Every. Single. Thing." he said in between pecks.
He continued to kiss all over your face, making you giggle as he didn't stop for awhile.
"Oh! The baby kicked!" you say feeling your bump.
You placed Jungkook's hand on the area you last felt her kick and he smiled.
"The baby can feel my love for you and her. And she definitely agrees with me" he said smiling at you.
You gave him your softest genuine smile.
"I love you so much, thank you for being the best husband" you said.
"I'm just telling the truth. I love you and the baby so so so much. Please, don't think of yourself that way again. Never" he said.
