Backstory

y/n pov

I was running as fast as i can there was no looking back if they catch me I will be so dead. I was running so fast that i didn't see a rock in front of me and I tripped and fell onto the road

"Are you okay?" a voice suddenly spoke, I look up and saw it was a teenage girl who looked about my age with white hair standing in front of me "y..yeah i'm fine" I said standing up from the hard ground

"Are you sure? you look like you have been running for a while " girl said "Is it that obvious?" I asked trying not to sound out of breath "pretty much"she said and we burst into laughter

"No but seriously I've never seen you here before are you new here?" she asked "to be honest i don't even know where is"I said ,the girl looks shock at my responds but she then came back to reality

"Well you are in seabrook a place where zombies and humans live in and unify" she said, now it was my turn to be shocked "really!?" I asked and she just laughed "yeah really, sorry I never really properly introduce myself I'm Addison" she said sticking out her hand and I flinched a bit but I tried to hide it, however Addison seems to notice but said nothing "Y/n, nice to meet you" I said shaking her hand

I felt safe with Addison but I knew I still have to keep my guard up"it's getting late do you have somewhere to stay?" Addison asks "n...no i don't have a place to stay"I said sadly cause I didn't really think where I would stay after I escaped "do you want to stay with me I'm sure my parents won't mind"Addison said "really? are you sure i don't want to intrude-"I said but addison cut me off "no i insist now come on" she said and started walking

I smiled and followed her
