- Kara's Pov -
I watch as grandpa walks out my cabin with Demetri not far behind him and no matter how much i try i couldn't stop my worry from growing and growing since i know grandpa is very protective over me after everything that happened on asgard and i still haven't told Demetri about any of that yet. I was about to tell him everything but grandpa interrupted before i got the chance now there is a possibility he will be told by grandpa instead of me which will not doubt upset him because i wasn't the one to tell him especially when he hears what i didn't tell him. I get off the couch and go to the window so i can watch what happens to see how Demetri reacts to what i know grandpa will tell him because grandpa is in protective mode and won't have a filter so i know grandpa will let my past slip through his lips. Once i'm stood infront of the window i see grandpa stood infront of a now slightly nervous Demetri, i jump slightly when i feel a hand hold onto mine only to see dad stood to the side of me looking at me with eyes filled with concern as he looks at me.
"Snowflake it will be okay" Dad sad softly
"It won't dad, Demetri will be upset if grandpa tells him before i do. I just hope he remembers what i told him about the past staying in the past" I said worriedly
"He will understand Kara since you are the one and only princess of asgard it was the tradition back then but thanks to your grandpa he stopped that tradition just for you" He said squeezing my hand
"But that doesn't change the fact i was in that situation, Demetri is going to think that he could have lost me before he even got me" I said only to see a uprooted tree fly past the window and i see a very angry Demetri ripping up more trees one after the other
"Well he knows and i wasn't expecting him to react like that!" Dad said in shock
"I told you he wasn't going to react well! How do you think mum would have reacted if you was close to being in a arranged marriage with someone who hit you on a daily basis!" I snapped out angrily
